It was very spacious, bigger than expected. Nice rooms, nicely decorated and very clean. The location is very good for easily visiting all parts of the city.

Poor wifi service as one had to continually re-log in! Room was described as a 'studio', but was just a large room with a kitchen. My issue was that there was NO sofa of 'easy chair'.

There was a bit of confusion about the presence and use of the washing machine and there were dustballs in some corners. These were addressed after a while though, which I really appreciated.

This was a perfectly located property with a great view. It was near many brasseries and shops and the view of the river was just really lovely to look out to.

Check-in available is late -- 5pm. Bags must be stored at the off-site office, approx. 10 minutes walk from hotel itself. Nespresso machine in kitchen really needs more coffee pods than the 2 we were provided. While there is both a laundry machine and a dishwasher present, use of them leads to a "penalty!" No pods or powder for either anyway. "Penalty" again if you dare to use the stove! Closet & storage space lacking.

This is a nicely decorated and confortable suite. Well located, approximately 10 minutes walk from shopping & restaurants. Staff (not on-site) really tried to be helpful and accommodating.

Even bottled water was not free but charged at 3€/bottle. Could not log on to wifi (required a room number not shown anywhere). OK breakfast (had to be ordered separately) but included muesli though no milk. No gym. Larger than a hotel room, but a 'suite' is a bit of a stretch.

Excellent location centrally, close to Pl Bellecour, with easy connections plus lots of bars and restarants. Good AC (though no control). Really quiet (facing the yard). A good bed.

Service was not up to the expectations - I tried to reach the number indicated in the reservation to ask for a parking spot and nobody answered the phone nor the text sent. Also, small details could make a big difference, for example having some space to put shampoo and soap in the shower, cups for water and not only for wine and the acoustic of the room (I woke up at 7am with the loud noise of the room next door).

Lack of cabinet/furniture for clothes, toiletries, lighting was dark. No reading lights by bed. Loud racking noise from fridge every hour (weird!!). Stayed at Mystere suite.

Atypical kind of accommodation, nice and modern setting in a an old building in a great location on the « presqu’île ». Plenty of room, under the roof. our suite was the « Copper » with the big bathtub in the living room. Definitely epic

Noisy. We could here the guy next door snoring loudly all night. It was funny to start with, then just plain frustrating. Then the fridge start moaning /roaring, I think it needs replacing.... Every hour or so it would spring into life and wake us up :(

We asked the question of leaving our luggages via sms and emails the evening before leaving and got no answer This is the problem of those "hotels" without staff and front desk The price is high

Perfect location and large well furnished apartment Easy check in and entry but fully online. No encounter with any staff The apartment was very convenient for a family of 3 adults with 2 separate rooms Good wifi (except we need to relog in every time) and good television (except the one in the living room which should be fixed as it turns on and off out of control)
