I loved staying here, I would bring my family back. The staff were wonderful, the old fashioned decor of the hotel is beautiful and the location is great for tourists, there are convenient metro stations, bus stations and ebikes, cafes and shops. Their caffeteria makes good coffee and pastries too.

The plug in the bathroom sink was jammed and looked like it had been for a while. Just a couple of things- We felt that the room could do with a fresh coat of paint to brighten it up as it looked a little tired. Other than that, we had a very nice stay at the hotel Minerve.

Front of house staff were very friendly and helpful, especially on arrival and departure. Breakfast was very good and a good variety. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Well, the rooms could have been a bit larger, but then this is Paris!! Guess space is at a premium.

Very well kept hotel. Staff are exceptionally helpful and pleasant to deal with. They gave good support and directions. Pleasure interacting with them. Location is good with restaurants around the place and also the Metro.

Nothing really, it’s super well located, everything was clean and comfortable. I only didn’t like now that I remember that the suitcases or luggage was left to care but you don’t get any kind of ticket for it, so I was a bit nervous either guests could mistakenly take my luggage but thankfully it didn’t happen.

It’s super close to Notre Dame and the most delicious croissants are just 3 minutes away.

The single room is extra small and dark, hard to move inside Mold in the bathroom and wardrobe (which is common for old hotels in Paris), but still not nice

The room and bathroom were smaller than expected, with limited storage space. The bathtub was slippery and lacked handrails, making it a bit unsafe. The old elevator felt sketchy, but since we were on the fifth floor, we had to use it. Also, the luggage room didn't have labels, which made us worry about the security of our belongings.

My stay was pleasant despite the modest accommodations typical of Paris. The room, though small, offered a charming view of classic Parisian buildings, and the hotel itself was surprisingly quiet. Its prime location, just minutes from Pantone and various dining options, made it convenient for exploring the city. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The design executive room was small with a tiny bathroom with shower.

Poor soundproofing. I could hear conversations clearly from the neighboring room and guests laughing and talking loudly in the hallway, as if they were in my room...at 2am! The rooms are small but that can be expected in Paris.

The room was very small. The furniture should allow the storage of all personal belongings in the room. I had to keep most of my personal items in my suitcase during my stay. My suitcase was my wardrobe. I could never empty it during my stay.

The curtains in the room were either washed with an incredibly fragrant detergent or they were sprayed waaaay too strongly with a room fragrance. I’m not the most sensitive to smells but this was unbearable and I had to have the window open all night to be able to fall asleep. Except that, everything else was nice.

The staff was very friendly, the room was nice and clean and location was great. Walking distance to most central attractions.
