Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

This place is absolutely lovely and quite a bargain considering the level of service and amenities. We loved the beautiful grounds and our comfy room. The real stars are the staff- exceptionally helpful and fun. We particularly enjoyed chatting with the servers in the restaurant where we enjoyed one of the best meals of our six week trip (and that’s saying something since we enjoyed a lot of great meals in France and Italy). Highly recommend this place and wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely stay there again.

SwitzerlandSauna could be more hot (80-90 C would be great), maybe it was faulty, as it had 60 C only, on 31.12. In the steam-bath a water hose would be an advantage to splash the seat before usage.
New Years Eve was very nice with a delicious menu! Very friendly staff in the restaurant! Breakfast was fantastic as well with high quality products. Always smiling and professional to the guests!!

SwitzerlandThough the room was very clean, comfortable, with a minibar it was very simple for a superior. We could not see any difference to a standard room which we originally booked. The working hours of spa were too short. Everything was closed at 7 or 8 p.m. at weekend.
The staff was very friendly; at the reception, they gave us room upgrade and told about all the places of interest nearby. Also at the hotel restaurant, the service and the meals were superb. The location of the hotel is very quiet and the facilities are very clean.

United KingdomI think it’s worth dog owners knowing that for each dog you are charged €20 per night. So we stayed two nights and it was €80 for our dogs. We are respectful of the places we stay, and I don’t believe cleaning a room with our dogs in it would have cost anything like that. I just think that’s a bit expensive when nobody serviced the room while we were there (we arranged it, but nobody came, and we requested towels and coffee but that didn’t come either). Otherwise, we thought it was lovely.
The rooms were great and the pool. The reception staff were lovely too. All clean, comfortable, and modern. we also loved the Italian restaurant attached. Very good food and good value.  we would stay again. Now we know about the additional costs, we would prepare for them.

United Arab EmiratesOverall unfriendly receptionists; refused to accept the payment in cash, offered that we should go get the change to the nearest bank; no mosquito nets on the windows; noisy a/c; noisy outside in the morning, if you get a room with the street view (not the pool view); There was a private event so we were refused to be served at the bar (without any prior notice), and the restaurant doesn't serve any drinks except wine.
Pleasant territory with lots of places to hide and relax, brand-new interiors, friendly restaurant staff and the food, great breakfast.
