If you're American, understand that hotels, airports, restaurants, and most public areas in Europe are much warmer than what you're used to in the States (75-80F). That's just what the people like. To get to the comfortable temperature that we are used to, we had to turn all heat off in the apartment and crack the windows at night to cool to less than 72F. By no means is this a reason to not book this lovely place, just more of a heads up that to cool down at night, likely the windows will be open (even with the heat off).

Thoughtfully decorated, well equipped, beautiful views in a perfect location in Chamonix with a gracious host. We appreciated having nespresso pods for a quick coffee while enjoying beautiful morning mountain views and having a clothes washer to keep fresh after long travel and busy days out. Everything Chamonix has to offer is right outside the door with a 2 minute walk to the Chamonix Sud bus station, and a short walk to the best restaurants and cafés. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The location was excellent, a minute walk from the bus station and a short walk to the pedestrian filled with shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. Anna went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. She provided us with a comprehensive list of restaurants and ski rental places, which was incredibly helpful. The house itself is very clean and elegantly furnished and equipped with everything we needed, down to a first aid kit, which came in handy when I accidentally scratched my thumb. Waking up to the mountains view was the highlight of our trip! I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Chamonix city center

Very good location - 15-20 min walk to all locations in town. Close to the bus station which was important for me. View from the balcony is gorgeous. Anna met me at the apartment, gave me recommendations and transport pass/map and let me check out late.

What a fantastic property! Our host Anna was wonderful and she was very available if we needed anything. Fantastic apartment close to everything! The free bus system it literally right out the front door and from the apartment it is a short walk into the main part of town (shopping/restaurant/grocery stores/gondolas). The apartment had a wonderful view, was super clean, nicely furnished and well cared for. The kitchen was great and there were lots of dishes and pots/pans. Underground parking spot was very convenient.

Location was great, 5 minutes from all restaurants and shops! Nice views on the Mont Blanc. Very accessible book from the main road and a parking space! The flat was immaculate, it had everything we needed. I don’t often leave reviews, but in this case, it is a pleasure to do so. Staff were extremely responsive and provided all the information needed.

It would have been even better if we had complimentary water (or a Brita) as we arrived late at night and were thirsty.

Everything is very functional. The apartment is fully equipped, from microwave to even a laundry machine, with coffee and chocolate and other small attentions. It is well lit, with a nice balcony, and the host Anna is very agreeable.

Location is SPLENDID! waking up to the Mt Blanc every morning and enjoying an aperitivo every evening with that view was just a treat! Communication with the host was easy and swift. Guidances to find the apartment, the keys and the garage were spot on - we arrived very late at night and found the keys super easily and parked in their parking which was really easy! the flat is very spacious and comfortable. We even managed to work "from home" - the both of us - one on the balcony or in the bedroom and the other one in the living room. The Bathroom is top notch and warm! And the kitchen has all the appliances, stocked up in coffee and even has a mini bar!

The only drawback is the converible sofa, which mattress was slightly uncomfortable due to a mechanical issue which will probably be fixed in the days to come.

The corridor lights don't light up with movement. I guess the sensors need replacing. But this is actually out of the apartment to a building problem not apartment problem.
