The 'decor' in the original mill building was a little tired, with bleach spills marking the carpet. Amazingly the double glazing did not mask all the external noise. I imagine in hot weather air conditioning units would make the rooms more bearable. The kitchen was practical, but the microwave was a good 1.8m high. Too high for me to see inside, never mind use. Some aspects need re-thinking. Why, for example, have a 12 piece dishwasher in a small apartment, when a model 450mm wide suffices for 12 covers?

The location was wonderful and the view of the chateau beautiful. Very central to Loches, making everything accessible and within walking distance. We didn't use the pool but it looked beautiful. A bonus for us was the ample parking close to the entrance. The apartment was well equipped, with everything needed for light occasional cooking. Fridge worked perfectly. A wonderful amount of storage space, unusual in rentals.

The first apartment space was cramped and very hot with no outdoor space. All images showed balconies and patios but we were in a tiny room. We had to pay more money to upgrade. I was disappointed.

Mattress was a bit hard and the bed quite small. Bathroom and toilet are also a bit narrow.

The apartment is in a great central location to explore Loches and the Loire valley. The kitchen has all you need to cook an evening meal, if you don't want to cook there are a selection of restaurants nearby.

Whilst the apartment had everything you might need, it was all a little basic. Very small bedroom with two single beds, not suitable for anyone taller than 175 cm. Kitchen area was well equipped and the small cleaning pack (washing up liquid etc.) supplied was useful, but kitchen area difficult to use with little preparation space and everyday items stored in cupboards that were too high for practical use. Poor soundproofing between apartments. If mobility is an issue, there are no lifts, just external staircases.

Great central location in Loches, with good view of the chateau and Tour Saint-Antoine from the 2nd floor balconies in Building A and good parking. Lighting in apartment was good. Large balcony with opening glass would be nice in the summer. Decent sized pool for summer use. Good WiFi. Small laundry area on site.

These apartments have finished our whole trip perfect we would have stayed longer if we could found them better than any of the hotels we stayed highly recommend!!

Beds was really bad, not very clean and tiny tiny apartment. But price is also low, so ok. Loaches as a city is a little boring

Location was good. The pool was Great for the kids, staff was super friendly and private parking was too.

The apartment allocated had no view other than the pool and reception. the website suggested a longer view over the mill basin and the town. Most importantly, again the web gave no hint, the bedroom was so small that we only lasted one uncomfortable night before checking out and seeking alternative accommodation. My wife suffers from claustrophobia and the bedroom simply wasn't possible for her.

We enjoyed a day by the pool and our welcome was efficient and warm.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. Would definitely make a return visit. Surrounding area so interesting and some lovely quaint villages nearby.

Everything! Beautiful apartment. Fantastic location. Historic centre, shops etc just outside hotel gates. Market was 2 min walk away in the cente Bus and train stops very close by. Staff were very professional and welcoming. Lovely pool and terrace for relaxing.
