The rooms weren't what I hoped, the bathroom was outdated and the toilet we had was dirty and seat was kind of broken. Carpet didn't seem clean and the kettle in the room didn't work until we twisted the cord a certain way.

The table tennis set was missing and instead of purchasing new one they simply said they don't have one. Arcade games had to be paid for, would be nice if at least one or two were free No vegetarian option for guests to buy food in the hotel No vegetarian sausages in breakfast or porridge etc . Flavoured yoghurt pots for kids were not there. Room was too hot no AC

Perfect location, brilliant shuttle bus service to Disney, close to Casino supermarket and pharmacie. Can eat own food in lobby and order in. Great breakfast options and kids corner. Loved the kids games room, play area, pool and all facilities. Beautiful decor and building, very luxurious. The bunk beds were fun and perfect. Great sized bed. Staff spoke English and very friendly. Beautiful pastries at breakfast and hot drinks were of good standard.

In the first night, we were assigned a room that had a closed connective door. We could clearly hear noises from our neighbours, and unfortunately they were very loud early in the morning. Thankfully, we contacted the receptionist as soon as this happened and they took care of the situation promptly.

The staff members were super helpful, and the view towards the interior garden and pool was really beautiful. Additionally, the bus that took us to Disneyland was really useful and convenient.

Indoor pool was freezing . Breakfast was limited and things not replaced once used . Croissants, jams, fruit salad , limited whole fruit . Also long queues some days.

Breakfast was ok,but if we compare with what hotel offer for dinner buffet it's not good. Smell of chlor is everywhere plus the hotel use some heavy vanilla air refresh so it's hard combo to handle. If hotel will give bit renovation in bathrooms and swimming pool area will be great.

The buffet breakfast & dinner the food was always cold, even though there were hot plates we found it off putting that the food wasn’t hot at all. Pity as good selection of food available too.

The foyer was amazing & staff friendly. The bedrooms were fabulous, bathroom a bit dated for a 4 star hotel but clean.

The bathroom needs refurbish ( not proper for a 4* hotel). Also we would have liked the possibility to have dinner a la carte in the hotel’s restaurant, and not the “all you can eat” buffet, which we did not like.

If I could pick any fault with the hotel it would be very minor but our air con didn’t work amazingly well so we slept with the window wide open all night, it was April and surprisingly stuffy so this was a little uncomfortable but once the window was open it was fine.

This was the perfect Disney hotel if you need to do Disney on a smaller budget. The children were so impressed by how castle-like the hotel felt, the beds were extremely comfortable, breakfast was great and service was excellent. The free shuttle to the park takes about 10 minutes and comes very regularly. The pool and hot tub offers the perfect wind down after a busy day of walking around! The restaurants and pool are all open late so you can enjoy the hotel a bit more without sacrificing time in the park.

The dinner buffet was way over priced. Breakfast was nothing special. You had to boil your own eggs whereas many hotels provide ready hard boiled eggs. Overall food selection on both buffets where poor. Thank god for Uber Eats.

Good presentation and well designed hotel. Shuttle takes you directly to the parks. Good play area for children within the hotel grounds.
