How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

No shuttle to Disneyland but the RER station just behind the hotel brings you there in one stop. Still, not great if going back after the final light show, which during summers ends after 11PM when train services have become rare-- and taxis (or Ubers) willing to bring you from Disney to this hotel are rare due to the hotel not being that far out. Expect a fare of about 20EUR in a shared taxi if you're up for some negotiation around the taxi area at Disney. Taxis / Ubers cannot stop right in front of the entrance, so expect some minor lugging of luggage if arriving / leaving using one.
The staff here is great albeit busy most of the time-- in fact the reception is mixed with the bar, so if either is busy, some waiting when needing anything is to be expected. The location -- not much around the hotel except an RER station that brings you straight to Disneyland Paris. Or Paris. The rooms are basic, but well-decorated-- it feels like a 4-star hotel. Amenities are less but that matters less if using the room just for sleeping. Bathroom-- shower only, but more than enough place for one person at a time, not cramped at all. Value for money: very good I would say.

We would like to have had a kettle in our room for tea/coffee but there was not one available in the room

Small number of outdoor seating
Location is excellent and within 2 minutes walking from Val d’Europe station which is one station away from Disneyland. We were able to watch the fireworks and be back at the hotel within 10 minutes.

Right behind the train station which is 2mins away travel from disneyland.

Nothing, was perfect
Incredible hotel, great room, great staff and great service. Really enjoyed our stay. Just one stop to Disneyland by train and the train station was nearby.

Socket beside mirror for use of hair dryer was broken.

Nothing to complain about. Might benefit from an iron being available in people's rooms/able to be brought to them as the ironing room was really quite a walk away from where I was based. Wouldn't help if something needed to be ironed in a rush. The live music might not be to some people's tastes but other than that no issues!
Very welcoming and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a really nice vibe both modern but welcoming to people of all ages. Was nice to see so many areas that people could relax or hang out outside of their rooms. Games, books, a pool table and lovely garden area were available. The drinks and food available at the bar were great too.

As part of this modern design, there were no cupboards, or drawers in the room, just few hangers and stools (as bed sides).
The design and decoration of the Hotel is beautiful and so cozy. We also loved the food as the breakfast had a lot of variety and was very tasty.

Hot breakfast items were lukewarm. No drawer space for underwear or t-shirts
Ideally located a 3-5 min walk from Val D'Europe train station, bars & restaurants. Breakfast was great with a varied selection. Modern comfy rooms. A real bonus was the sensor light under the bed, so if you need to go to the toilet during the night you're not stumbling around in the dark

No tea and coffee included in stay and no drinking water in the rooms. The pillows were rather uncomfortable.
Liked the style and layout and the atmosphere was fabulous. Easy to get to and the rooms were lovely. Mattress was comfortable and the staff were very pleasant.
