How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The dining room furniture should have coasters under so that they don’t make noise when pulling them across the tiled floor.
Newly refurbished, clean and modern interior. The furniture is good quality, the beds are very comfortable. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace with outdoor furniture. Great location off the motorway with a good bus / train link into central Paris. Also has supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby.

The area seems to be a newly built estate which offers very limited places to eat, although one decent shop.
Good sized apartment which offers much lower prices than 10 mins down the road in Versailles.

Very tiny kitchen area with basic crockery etc. Outside area could be better. Unfortunately like a previous guest our apartment had an unpleasant smell that came from the kitchen area, under the sink. Nothing to see but not nice. Windows open as much as possible. We mentioned it when we left.
Easy to find, spacious, modern and clean. The area and the apartment was very quiet. Very nice boulangerie around the corner.

Very close to Versailles, quiet, nice surroundings, large free car park. The staff are friendly, the room is a bit small but the facilities are good.

What I didn't like is the clean after 7 days staying. The staff didn't change sheet or clean properly the rooms.
I like the apartment, in generally... the place is very nice, well-keeped. the rooms are comfortable no complains. the place is quiet, suitable for vacation

Excellent location for Versailles by bus. Large room with seating area. Very nice bathroom with large shower. Excellent breakfast.

A slight smell that was present in the room when we arrived as the room hadn't been aerated. The rest was totally fine. No other issues.
Clean rooms, spacious and airy, with small kitchens and sofa beds for those traveling with kids. Very comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Amazing breakfast. Recommended.

In walking distance there is not much to do. However with a car it is 7 minutes to a beautiful mall, with lots of facilities

No hangers in one of the rooms in the wardrobe so it was useless. It was not really easy to find the place at night

We didn’t have hot water every night, it was verry upsetting. There were no printing facilities at the reception. We only have one towel per person for the whole stay (4nights). We dididn’t wash the dishes when we checked out and they charged us 10 euros, but there was nothing mentioned about this…
Location, easy acces. Size of the rooms, the extensible couch, the kitchen utilities.

We had a little trouble finding it, but maybe we are just stupid. It is near the big B&B HOTEL sign.

There was only a small shortage: No soap provided. It was a bit inconvenient from a hygienic perspective, especially during such a pandemic situation.
It was clean and tidy, just perfect accommodation for a family traveller.

Nothing particular, was a good value for money, not more and not less that i was expecting
Nice clean and spacy appartment for a family, facilities were good and the room quite new. The outdoor parking very comfortable, we were just park our car outside our room. The area was quiet and safe, and the highway to paris you can enter in 4 minutes. The staff was kind and helpful
