It's the perfect plan to visit Paris if you want to save on the hotel budget. It is far from the center about 20min in subway but the metro station is close to the hotel. There is a close supermarket, perfect for the apartment option.

The hotel itself is a little bit outdated and worn. There were no proper chair to eat. There isn't any shelf in the bathroom. You could cook, but there is only one pan and some glass vessel.

We could check in 1 hour earlier. The room was decent size. There were towels and linen was fresh. Everything was clean. There is water machine at reception. Near the metro station no. 7. appx. 30 minutes to Louvre. There is Casino supermarket under the hotel. The neighborhood is good. We didn't have breakfast, but I saw fruits. There is a big TV and wifi connetion is good.

Daily housekeeping isn’t usually offered for free in apart-hotels for short stays and that’s fine with me. But I think towel replacement should be done at least every other day. I was finally able to get fresh towels for the last of my 4 nights there. Of course, there is a washing room downstairs when you can do your laundry, but very few machines are available and you need to download an app in order to pay and operate the machines instead of using cash or credit card, which is a lot quicker and easier for just a few days.

I was surprised by the very big size of the room compared with other apart-hotels I stayed at in Paris. The kitchenette is supplied with all the necessary stuff for a few days - though the knives should be sharpened, a pair of scissors added, and the dish sponge replaced when guests check out - and I found all clean, tidy and in working order. The bathroom is also very spacious, to the point that even though there is no curtain, nothing gets wet after showering. Bed comfortable, wifi strong and stable, nice view from floor 7th, quiet surroundings, perfect public transport connections and supermarket/shops/restaurants around the corner. Instant room upgrade upon reservation for Genius users. I really enjoyed my 4-night stay there and will surely be back.

Staff very welcoming, friendly and accomodating. Check in process was excellent. Hotel located near to Metro station # 7, thus travelling from hotel to places of interest, city centres and food outlets more convenient.

We couldn't use the closet since its door was out of track. The safe was not working. We couldn't open it. The floor were dirty. The linoleum in the kitchenette pretty sticky. We were told by the front desk person to report all issues in the morning but we didn't want to spend our weekend in Paris fixing the room :)

The location was excellent. Very convenient; with the metro station close by. The beds were comfortable and clean. Everything was functioning in the bathroom. It was nice to have a kitchenette and a small refrigerator.

The first room they gave me on the 4/F was uncleaned and smelled little funny. There was a used cigarette bud in the sink and clogged drain that’s full of hair in the toilet. I told the staff about it and they immediately transferred me to another room on the 5/F which was much better, it was clean! it gets a bit noisy at night with people on the street talking loud so if you are a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs. The lift is old and makes this loud squeaky noice. and the buttons of one of the two lifts don’t work sometimes, it certainly needs some fixing. there is no hair dryer in the room and you have to borrow one in the reception and return it in the same day which I find it quite inconvénient.

The place is right by the metro which is very convenient and next to a grocery shop and a few restaurants. The room is as spacious as the picture shown, can fit a few yoga mats in the room. it also has a kitchen with a few essential kitchenware which is nice to have for a long term stay. I am happy with my room, wooden floor instead of carpet which looks clean and looks brighter in the room. I stayed there for 3 weeks, NO bed bugs in my room nor my colleagues’ room which is the most important thing. Staff were responsive and helpful in general. they clean your room twice a week

Good value for money, right next to the door located metro station which is super convenient as well as supermarket around the corner. Tasty restaurants nearby. Wifi and smart tv available are big advantage
