Low quality wifi. Late check in was an issue, we did find staff but be mindful of your arrival time. No one picked up the phone when we try to reach the hotel. You have to book parking in advance.

Simple, neutral rooms. Great value for the price. Staff was kind and helpful. We had all the things we needed.

We have arrived at 13.30 and had to wait until 15.00 and departure time is 11.00 We have received the explanation how they work on the following day same time as yours ! Two days too late!

Breakfast at 7:30 was better than at 8:30 when many things were finished. 14€ for breakfast was a lot. Internet could have been better. The hamman was not hot enough.

The room was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. Breakfast a bit better than average for this kind of places. The swimming pool was good.

The hotel requires 150 EUR security deposit. Cache deposit is not refunded if you leave early before reception opens. Checkout and breakfast start at 8:30 on weekends. It's very annoying.

Staff overall unkind. They replied rudely at my request of info on my late check-in, and they were replying frustrated when I was asking clarifications on the invoice. The room can be noisy if it's on the side of the main street because insulation is poor. Building and interior are taken care of at the bare minimum. It passes the hygiene standards but could show more caring.

Location and money are the best things. The rest is medium and it is really up to what type of accommodation you are after and budget you have.

The level of cleanliness is far from what you would expect at this price. Dust, stains, and dirtyness everywhere. This structure is way too expensive for the quality of the apartment and the services offered.

However, the hotel fell short of its 4-star rating. The hall exhibited noticeable dirt, the walls were damaged, and the narrow lobby lacked the expected luxurious ambiance. Additionally, the discomfort of the bed resulted in my back pain. The disappointment arose in the bathroom as well, with a rusty and unpleasant toilet brush.

My recent stay at Nemea Hotel in Nanc was somewhat satisfactory. The hotel's location proved convenient, situated close to the center with various amenities nearby (shops, restaurants, bars, parks…) The room, while fairly clean, stood out with a pleasant bathtub in the bathroom. The receptionist was friendly, and parking was readily available.

The vibe of the reception was so average, not hospitable. The cleanliness could be better.

I liked the size of the appartement and the facilities. The location is pretty confortable too, 10 mins to go to center.

The staff were not very helpful. The hotel is in a concrete canyon. It doesn't look inviting. It is a residence so cleaning and beds have to be done before leaving.

No Aircon which was very uncomfortable, location not ideal as no parking and the entrance is quite hidden. The shower was belly designed as lots of water went outside . No very kids frendly

The fire alarm was triggered and staff was not able to explain us why. We just stay there without informations and wait for the alarm to stop. It would have been great if the staff explained us the process.

Could have been cleaner. Front desk not always available. Need to provide some more basics for kitchen use; for example dish soap, salt/pepper. Towels for pool. Pool is dark and cool.

Within Walking distance from the train station. Easy to get to the main square and to restaurants.

The flat are already getting old and require better maintenance: the kitchen wasn’t working and we had to change to a second flat, where the kitchen was working but the glass was broken

The air-conditioning wasn't working, so the room was rather hot. They only gave us one key while the electricity only worked with the key set. That caused some problems when my husband had to go out to get something from the car, and I had to stay behind in the dark with our two kids.

The room/apartment was quite big with a nice bathroom. There was a swimming pool in the building but we didn't make use of it.

It was not clean enough. Hallway also too much dusty and swimming pool was not heated. By the swimming pool lights are broken and dirk. Sauna couldn’t use.
