one window was not very airtight. and air conditioning did not work well.

location was very convenient - 7-8 min walk to the vieux port, Le Panier was just around the corner. room was relatively big. the reception staff was really kind, trying to meet our requests.

Very good hotel, nice staff, comfortable rooms. Location close to the old port. Close to metro station. Good breakfast. No problems with communication. Very nice stay 3 days in Marseille.

Location was good, although the tram is passing by and can be a bit noisy when you stay on lower floors. Clean and spacious and very good bed to sleep in. Good breakfast. Overall is worth it.

The bathroom was very large but no jalouise like curtain was on the windows! This was strange because the windows was very large and directly open outdoor next to other guests. The toilette was also in the bathroom of course, and absolutely no privacy! During our stay there was alsa such a strong wind and all the windows open by themselves during the whole nights which was a nightmare. The windows are very very old and surely not strong enough when closed.

An excellent location, very close to old town. Metro line is 4 minutes far away by walking, and altough tram line was under construction during our stay, the stop is a few steps ahead. The breakfast was very well with two professional grade coffe machine. Our room was very large and beds were comfortable.

We stayed only one night at hotel, so my comment is able to be common. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location is far away from the port amount ten minutes. So, it easy to walk. Around the hotel is very beautiful. I like booking

They need a roof top bar. The view would be amazing.

The design is beautiful. What is special about this hotel is the staff. They are clearly very well trained and very friendly.

I was missing a hair dryer. I’m not sure if I just could not find it but there wasn’t one in my room

Beautiful design, great rooms, lovely staff! I loved that the cafe/bar was open until 11pm. Sarrah was particularly kind and helpful, always smiling and accommodating of our needs. She made our stay even better along with all of your other reception staff:)

There needs to be a chair , etc for opening baggage in the room. there is no place for it. For breakfast, it is not very clean and refreshing finished things is not very well organized. And my expectation is to have breakfast with same content until time is up!

What you will expect from NH hotels is more or less stable. a clean room, good service

Modern hotel near the Bascillica du Major and the redeveloped port area, features striking interior design, great service. Easy walking to the vieux port and the Mucem. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially Trianna and Julie.

The hotel was very comfortable and provided a good range at breakfast, including a decent amount of gluten free food options. The location is only a 10 minute walk from the old port and is within easy reach of a metro station

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff was very helpful, rooms were big and clean. Check-in was very easy, online check-out was available. Location might not be for everyone, it is 16 min walking distance to Vieux Port, but very close to metro and tram, also very close to some museums and Les Terrasses du Port shopping center. Breakfast was wonderful. All in all a very good experience.

Not a complaint but just fyi, it is a good fifteen minute walk from the train station. Also a 50 euro deposit is required from a credit card which is refunded after check out.

Attractive, clean and upmarket property. Surrounding area felt safe for a solo traveler. Beds were comfortable and I liked the variety of pillows. Shower was great with different water jet settings and quality soaps. Towels and robes were soft and luxurious. Mini fridge a bonus. Room was very quiet with black out shades, and window opens for fresh air. Highly recommend.
