Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

This hotel is exceptionally clean and efficient. The best advantage is the proximity to the airport- a 2 minute walk through the connecting tunnel puts you into the airport.

United KingdomBreakfast was included. However, as my flight departed before the restaurant was open I was told that a light breakfast would be available on the lobby. This turned out to be just coffee and a croissant. I felt let down and hungry. Hardly compares with the full buffet breakfast that I could have had with a later departure.
Booked the hotel as I had an early flight. Hotel is a little pricey but facilities excellent.

We had an early flight the next day and only were able to use the room for a few hours but the staff had gone out of their way to make sure that we would be comfortable. Considering we were sad that our trip was ending it was a beautiful gesture from the hotel that absolutely blew us away. Thank you to the team at the NH Toulouse Airport.

AustraliaThe signage to the hotel was poor, especially when you arrive late in the evening when the access to the hotel is blocked from the airport terminal. We tried going into the carpark to get across but the hotel was not accessible by pedestrians that way either. In the end, we had to spend alot of time to find someone to ask and in the end, we were lucky to locate an airport ground staff to point us (especially late in the evening). When we finally got to the hotel, we had to wait another 10mins until some one is there at the reception!
The hotel itself was very close to and connected to the airport. It was clean and comfortable, meeting all the expectations we had of a NH hotel.
