You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe pillows are a bit hard but I appreciate that is a personal choice. The wifi is very patchy but it is an old building and we have the same problem at home!
The location was perfect. Close to everything but very quiet. The room was spacious ( we chose comfort rooms), the bed was comfortable and the shower was good. There was a kettle too rather than just a coffee machine...extra points!! Breakfast is varied and plentiful. The staff were very helpful with directions and advice regarding buses etc. This is a great choice for exploring Nice.

The location was perfect, easy walking distance to train station and close to restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The reception team were welcoming and very helpful as I'd forgotten to bring an EU plus and they kindly loaned me one for duration of my stay. My ensuite room was clean as was the bathroom, amenities provided were cute travel size and appreciated. The highlight for me was the mini fridge which I wasn't expecting but came in soo handy. I'd definitely stay here again and totally would recommend.

AustraliaThe bathroom areas are not well maintained as there is a lot of mould. The Wi-Fi is very poor as you often can’t connect but when you can it is too weak or inconsistent to let you browse. In this day and age of the internet that is not acceptable.
The location is very good halfway between the railway station and the main shops. Also good access to the tram lines. Rooms a good size and comfortable bed. Breakfast had a great range of options.

FranceThe wifi was horrible. My room was located in the back /courtyard of the hotel and even my personal cell reception was weak. I ask receptionist if something can be done as I wasn’t able to work with such weak wifi. The answer was yes I know about it and we can’t do anything about it.
Location is really fantastic,right in city centre, 3 min from tram station that can take you to the airport. Also very central to all attractions and short walk to Promenade Room was nice and clean, bed comfy and water, tea and coffee was provided as well. Breakfast was 14 EUR and it was good selection of everything

United StatesThe shower was huge, but uses just curtains so the bathroom floor gets wet and becomes quite slippery. I spoke to the hotel staff about the potential danger and needing to find solutions for this. So just be careful. This is an otherwise wonderful hotel. Note also that street parking in this part of Nice requires payment or need to use a parking garage nearby.
This is a lovely 3-star hotel just a few blocks from the Promenade des Anglais and from the Rue de France walk street where you can find dozens of cafes and restaurants (though those tend to be a bit touristy). The lobby is very comfortable and the staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful for any question. Our room (#19) was very large with a huge bathroom. King bed was comfy (though it is really 2 singles put together beneath the sheeting). Hot water maker with small packs of instant coffee and tea provided. The metro stop Jean Medecin is just 2 blocks away making it easy to get to and from the airport. The SNCF train station is also just 10 min walk from hotel. Just a great location at a reasonable price to spend a few days in Nice.
