My problem was the room which was on the side of the street. The noise from the street was quite loud sometimes if the window was open. But I should have changed rooms early during my stay there.

The location was great as the primary purpose of my trip was to visit my daughter who lives in Eaux-Vives in Geneva. From Annemasse to Geneve-Eaux-Vives took only 8 minutes on the very frequent and clean train service. The staff were really excellent, cheerful and helpful. The food was good. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Paper cups in rooms. No mugs or cutlery. Bought mugs for tea and they were removed each morning, had to go and retrieve them. Staff very apologetic and helpful!

The rooftop bar/restaurant was closed when we were there (Sunday and Monday nights)

We liked the east access by train to Geneva center. Our room was very comfortable; our cat was welcomed; breakfast was great with everything you could possibly want. There was a lovely bar/lounge/restaurant area on the ground floor. The parking was very nearby and discounted by the hotel. Our room on the seventh floor had a lovely view.

Great balance of location near Geneva and the airport, along with reasonable pricing. Despite being a minute's walk from Annemasse Station, it's remarkably quiet without much train noise.

Large room and a massive bathroom! Lovely big bed and lots of lights in the room so you can really get comfy. The restaurant was closed when we arrived but the staff recommended lots of late night takeaways places we could order from. Very close to the train station!

The room was extremely small and I couldn’t put my luggage anywhere but we could make do, better for a weekend trip with a small suit case. The body gel pump was broken so had to wash with shampoo. Also the mini bar was a bit warm rather than Cold

Has a very comfortable bed, the hotel was clean, nice staff, good shower and bathroom. Also has a nice gym though small and roof top bar at the top. Perfect location as it’s right across from the train station !

There was a train strike in French side so that was a little difficult for foreign tourist to handle the situation. Tram way was available from Swiss side so it was KO but took 50 minuets from Geneva, instead of 20. Well its not any fault of the Hotel.

Very close to Geneva, and also airport. Annemasse station is just in front of the Hotel, so it was very easy to getting around. There are so much of night life, however I don't usually get out during night time. Train station is in 1 minuet from hotel exit, so I could take relaxed breakfast. Good service.

Could have done with an iron in the room and some conditioner (there was only shampoo and shower gel), and would have liked a room service menu in the room.

The bed was very comfortable, the location was good with cafes, supermarkets, train station and tram stop all within walking distance and easy access to Geneva. Fridge and kettle in the room with tea/coffee is always welcome. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

Rooftop was not accessible if you didn’t want to have a drink at bar there. the staff told us that it’s not a museum and we had to have a drink to be there. thankfully there is a nice lively area behind the hotel, where we could go out for a walk and enjoy, without having to buy anything. Parking is a bit far from hotel to carry luggage, but we managed to park near the hotel and load unload our luggage and then park the car in parking building.

Location is good, breakfast was amazing, very clean and well maintained rooms. facilities in room were amazing. will definitely stay here again.

My wife did the booking as i was desperately looking for somewhere to stay and the reception at the hotel was friendly for several English travellers in the same predicament as I,albeit a little slow.I was given an enhanced room as they had run out of rooms at the price that i had paid and,when i left early the next morning,the night manager wanted to charge me the extra and i dont still know how that has been resolved.

When my flight home was cancelled,this was the nearest hotel available to Geneva Airport.So i arrived late and left early

The ticket from GVA to Annemasse bought from the Booking.com website was deemed invalid and we were fined 100 euros. Not only were we charged 2x10FRS for a journey which going back was 2x4.98 euros - the former were day passes,allegedly! - we had to cough up 100 euros fine. either booking.com mis-sold or the ticket collector couldn't read the ticket. Not at all happy.

The food was good and we could not have been more satisfied.

Novotel Annemasse Centre hotel is located near Annemasse's train station but also close to the city center. Initially I was afraid that the noise from the nearby train station would be disturbing but this is very much not the case. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. For those who have the chance, please visit the rooftop bar. To fall in love with the view.
