The place was a little bit run down. There was mold between the windows and in the bathroom we found hair from other people and traces of make-up. Also, we did not appreciate that the lack of provision of certain items are disguised as "environmental friendly", for exemple, not having a fridge in the room or not being able to use the heating in the room. In our case, we experienced some really heaving rains and we had no way of heating up or dry our clothes. We both got sick after our visit. The faucet in the bathroom was also very weird, very short and disproportioned to the size of the sink. Also, although they have a sign saying so, when we ask for additional supply such as body cream and slippers, they said they don't have any. I honestly didn't think that the value for money was worth it.

We very much appreciated the silence of the room and the confortable bed.

We stayed in April and weather was warm. We could not reduce the air con temperature lower as controlled by hotel. Had to open windows at night which was noisy and interrupted sleep. We booked this hotel because it said it had air con.

Location was good on edge of city. Could walk into centre or take tram from nearby stop. Hotel bar had happy hour most evenings. Nice size room.

I think this is more like a 3.5 star hotel vs 4 stars. The hotel needs a bit of updating in furnishings but it was clean. The pillow was not comfortable as it lacks any support.

First time in Bordeaux. The hotel is in the central of the old town near City Hall and some churches. Close to transportation. Good breakfast.

The location was great - a very easy journey by tram from the airport, then a few minutes' walk - the hotel is also very conveniently located for all the major attractions and the tram system (2 different lines close by). The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room itself was lovely with great facilities. The breakfast was absolutely superb - one of the best hotel breakfasts ever, with a huge choice of hot and cold food, and an attractive dining area with choice of seating type.

The garage to the hotel was not easy to find and we had to park in front of the hotel to start and ask for directions. The staff seemed quite used to this, so I was surprised that this information wasn't sent to us beforehand, along with the booking confirmation. An opportunity for improvement.

Room was spotless and large enough for an extra bed and a travel cot, without leaving it even slightly cramped. The crib had not been installed beforehand and staff were quick to bring one up and install it, given we arrived quite late in the evening.

No place to put a suitcase except the floor.

Great location for any administrative issues at the Cour d'Appel. Good restaurants within walking distance. Room was quiet, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
