The room we had was very dirty behind the sofa. The carpets were badly stained and in need of replacement. To use any power point in the room the entrance hall light had to be on all the time. Air Conditioning in the room worked so long as the balcony door was firmly shut. Unfortunately the door had the habit of moving itself - vibration from road traffic? expansion from heat? Some interrupted sleep to firmly close the door necessary in the weather conditions. The lifts were either slow to react to the floor requests or the doors semi closed then opened again without obstruction as if the software management program was suspect. Didn't instill confidence in us or fellow travellers. Several times we all used the fire stairs. Outside the breakfast room the sun awning is missing and the framework broken. Looks shabby. I am surprised it retains a 4 star rating.

It is dated. There’s a funny dusty smell due to old carpet and on the first night our room was very smelly of smoke. It wasn’t unclean but the decor was worn, making it look dirty.

Great location for getting around in Cannes. Handy to have the breakfast included too.

The property wasn’t as clean as I would have liked it. The bedroom in which we stayed in was not hoovered and the bathroom only provided one towel, this was an inconvenience as we arrived after a late flight and when wanting to have a shower it was disappointing. The next day two towels were in the bathroom. The breakfast was okay, not four star quality. The room in which the breakfast was held was dark and not very inviting, some music would have uplifted the mood. The hot food was not hot. Otherwise it was okay for us as we needed something to just tie us over for the morning.

Good size rooms, nice balcony, nice amenities such as tea/coffee in rooms and big wardrobe. Staff were friendly, great location, easy parking.

Don’t have children but the kiddies pool was not open during our stay. the pool is deep at both ends and I suspect a danger for small children. also no lifeguard on duty. rooms could do with a touch up of paint

The hotel is no longer a 4 star it’s is extremely dated and in need of refurbishment!! Our room was very dirty and unpleasant. No plugs to charge phones the facilities were out dated and tired. It was ver disappointing for av4 star hotel

The rooms need major updating. Carpets need to be seriously removed. The rooms had smoke smell . The furniture are huge and bulky that need to be completely replaced. They are no plugs next to the bedside tables to charge phones..just one plug at the study desk even for a family room.

The location was excellent..the pool is very nice. The breakfast is very varied with so much options...the staff are very cooperative and friendly. Except for the much needed room upgrading, our stay there was good.

Property needs extensive updating (old and outdated finishes) and better maintenance and general cleanliness. Pool is deep everywhere but was nice with lots of lounge chairs. Small pool not operational (as shown in photos used).

Breakfast was good and extensive. Property has a problem with pigeons at the outdoor tables though.

Property of the fork/knife/plates/mugs. In addition there was a religious ceremony in the hotel, till 10 o clock it was very loudly . We are in France, normally you have to tell clients if there is any religious ceremony in the hotel for 3 days.

For the breakfast, the mugs are all not clean and the plates also, they have to clean them well

Hotel looks tired. Weeds by pool area, broken steps leading to pool area. Broken iron in laundry room with heat panel hanging off iron and still connected to mains. Breakfasts hit and miss.
