We had booked 5 rooms. The hotelrooms were not ready in time. The hotelrooms were dirty, even the sherts were dirty in two of the rooms. The hotel is pretty run down. Not very efficient aircondition.

I liked the staffs serviceminded attitudes and the breakfast was good.

it’s very dated and not like the photos at all!!!! our room was basic and very old. no air conditioning in the main hotel so it’s so hot and hun walking around. we stayed for one night as couldn’t get into the hotel we had originally booked for the following 4 nights. the pool is very deep and one of the small back pools was empty!!!

We had to move rooms 3 times. We were first allocated room 115 which was occupied when we entered. We were then allocated room 328 and after 2 visits from engineers room safe did not work. We were then allocated room 302

Access to water and other drinks a bar that functioned in the hotel, a bar and restaurant at poolside, access to pool from in the hotel instead of having to walk outside, more towels in the room.

The pool was nice. But no toilets no access to water or other drinks no access to food meant it was a 2 star hotel with a pool

The room was old, there were dirty spots everywhere where daily cleaning could not help . Like between table and glass of it was wine or blood spots. Preparations were made a bit but awfull way. Carpets were broken. Overall pictures about the room and what reality was, was far far away of each others. The hotel has a good potential to be worth of money but not at the moment. Old, broken, not clean. Never again until they prepare the rooms. I was very disappointed!!

There is a need for better dining and bar facilities. The bar choices were very limited and there were no meal facilities at all.

The room was great. The breakfast was mediocre. The pool area is beautiful, but it was unfortunately too cold to swim.

This holiday was my anniversary gift to my husband and unfortunately it was very disappointing. First impression the room furniture and carpet was max like a 2 star hotel, not a 4 star one. The carpets were all stained and dirty. No decent toilettary in the bathroom. We had to buy shampoo and other stuff. The pool was nice, but the first day my husband got injured in the swimming pool, having a very deep cut caused by a pointy part in top of the fountain area. There was no warning signs anywhere, and we've warned other people that did the same move. Because of the depth of the cut, there was lots of bleeding. When we rushed to the reception, they didn't even have a first aid kit! The girl gave us a bandage but they didn't even have a plaster so that we can close the wound. We ran into the sports complex next door and got some aid there to be able to stop the bleeding, and then rushed to the pharmacy to get the necessary stuff. This ruined all our afternoon and the rest of the days. My husband couldn't swim again and his cut will take 5-6 weeks to heal during which he can't properly type which is terrible for his job. It's absurd that a 4 star hotel has a hazardous point in their swimming pool that's not covered nor signalled, and moreover doesn't even have a proper first aid kit. When I complained about it during our checkout, they just said "So sorry to hear that. If you really want you can mention it in your review" but never offered any sort of help, nor to cover the expenses of the medication. The location is 15 mins down the hill into the town centre which is not that bad on the way to go but going back up the hill at night was tough and there were some prostitutes on the way.

The only nice thing about the hotel is the swimming pool, but watch out for the pointy parts that can injure you.

The property was very old and needed major refurbishment. The staff were particularly unhelpful and borderline rude. Breakfast ran out of basic things in several days. Outside guests using the pool take up large amounts of the chairs.

The pool is great but nowhere near big enough or properly managed to deal with the huge demand. Outside guest coming in with no checks do not help!

The facilities looked out of an episode of the Walking Dead - Our room was so disgusting that we had to sleep (but we did not sleep) all 4 in one bed cause the pull out coach was stained and smelled terrible. There were balls of hairs under the bed. The carpets were stained with stuff that we did not want to fantasize. We got there late exhausted after driving. When we went down to speak to someone we could not find anyone at the front desk. I witnessed 2 delivery person walking in straight to the elevator without being checked by anyone. This place should be condemned by the local authorities.

Nothing. Booking.com has responsibility to miss represent a 4 starts dump - a total scam.
