Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwitzerlandI stayed in this hotel many times and it was good but this time many small issue and the staff were not great. They tried but without any result. I asked for a twin separate bed room, changed room to get the same on big bed. Safe was not working, battery sign displayed, I notified the reception and 2 days later when I left it was still not fixed. The ac/heating has 2 options, heating off or full seed sauna heat. So we turned it off. For this I did not inform the reception because I thought the result will be the same. Again I want to make sure to point out that this is the first time I have an issue so not sure if it is an exception or not. I will still book in this lovely hotel so I can tell you next time.

FranceBreakfast was good and varied, but the restaurant and self-service area is too small for that quantity of rooms in a hotel, so we had to wait in line. That’s kind of uncomfortable.
Great service, comfortable and clean rooms, our sincerest thanks to the hotel’s staff! Hotel has a beautiful terrace overlooking the river and nice promenade on the embankment. It’s not close to city centre, but the whole area is modern and worth visiting.

IrelandBreakfast is a real weakness at this hotel. The organisation of the breakfast is not very well thought through. As such, there are long queues. Also, many of the items did not have good signage. As such, it was not always clear what each item was or what was included in this item. Vegan options were very limited, unfortunately.
The location of the hotel is by far its main strength. The hotel is adjacent to a great mall. This means that you have access to a number of shops and restaurants within a couple of minutes. At the same time, it is not noisy, it has great internet connection, the staff are very kind and helpful, and the terrace is just lovely.
