Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesCalling for the shuttle is tricky. I was glad to have read other reviews that suggested to go to the shuttle pickup area to call, rather than looking for it in the airport with the current construction.
Close to the Marseille Airport with a free shuttle. Breakfast was good, typical continental. Worked great for a one night stay before heading back to the airport.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were collected from the railway station on arrival and taken to the airport on departure. Excellent!

HungaryI was satisfied with the hotel, the room was really nice, clean, comfortable, the breakfast was also good. The staff was nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is convenient when you want to stay near the airport, I arrived late in the evening, so I stayed there for one night. The hotel has its minibus service, they transport you from and to the airport for free. The only confusion I had was because I had no information on the way you call them to pick you up (at least that's the method at the late hour when I arrived), but then I asked a bus driver at the bus station and he helped. There's a massive pole across platform 5 (terminal 2 I'm talking about), at the bus station, with the sign Hotelbus and on the back of the pole each airport hotel has its button, you choose your hotel and call them, they check your booking and in 10 minutes they send their minibus to pick you up. I didn't get info on this previously and the difficulty was that there was a construction area right where that pole stands, normally you wouldn't go near the pole as it was on the other side of the fence that surrounded the construction area, so some info could be provided on that by the hotel when you book. Anyway, this was a minor thing, the hotel and its services are really good.

I expected a van said ibis on the side of it instead, the van serviced multiple hotels, and the names of the hotels were in small print on the hood harder to see. I also didn’t like that the elevator was so far away from the reception. I have problems walking and it was a lengthy walk.

MaltaThe unexpected move to Holiday Inn, due to the broken AC system. However, we were glad they arranged it and that they were apologetic about the situation. Things happen...
So, the Hotel's AC system broke down and they put us in Holiday Inn instead. It was alright, but the hassle was annoying especially traveling with kids. The facilities there were alright and the staff was quite friendly, especially the breakfast staff. What is annoying is that there is no transport (shuttle) to/from the hotel after midnight. They should really operate whenever there is a flight, especially when given advance notice (like we did).
