The airport shuttle service is much appreciated although if you could provide clear indications on where to find it, that would be useful since the airport staff didn't know about it. Thanks.

Bed was uncomfortable. Mattress was poor quality. No option of two proper beds, only a very uncomfortable sofa bed as second bed. Room was tiny and not comparable to other novotel hotels in other places. Not sound proof. Yiu can hear tge TV in the next room.

Location is excellent, next to shopping mall, close to airport and beach, restaurants. Parking was easy. Breakfast was excellent.

Rooms are so dated, pebble dash walls etc. it all feels a bit lived in but everyone was really friendly and as a family hotel next to the airport and free private shuttle bus we really couldn’t grumble.

Kids loved the pool and the kids facilities even though it was super busy. Food was surprisingly excellent and reasonable - we ate really well when we were expecting much much less.

Great choice of tea and a nice coffee machine but no milk.

The location worked well for us. To the right we had lots of restaurants overlooking the beach. The other direction was a shopping mall with great shops. And the airport was 10 minutes away.

We used the pull out sofa as we were 3 in the room which made the room really small. Having said that, children stay for free so it was value for money!

The swimming pool was very nice and the food whether at dinner or breakfast was fabulous. So much choice at breakfast and sitting outside was lovely. Need to be careful that the birds don't steal your food when you go back to the breakfast buffet ;)

Choice of food on the menu in tge restaurant. Steak was dreadful!! When we stayed in July. But the food we had on the 7 September (Italian and Ocean salad) was good.

The smell of cooking that sometimes was felt in the hotel lobby due to the bistro located in the same part of the building

For us the location of the hotel was perfect. Close to mall, the sea, the airport, bus stop for Promenade des Anglais and Nice city center, free parking offered by the hotel. Good service and staff always offering their help and support. The room was clean and the pillows and bed mattress were very comfortable.

The toilet in the bedroom is located separate to the rest of the bathroom with no sink. Breakfast was ok, you have to make your own eggs.

The location was perfect. Close to shopping centre airport, and train statuon 10 min walk takes you straight to Monaco in 40 min. Bus stop 2 min walk takes you to central Nice in 20min. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Nice outside facilities for kids to play and swim.

The breakfast was very limited, you had to cook your own eggs, and not great hot food options for vegetarians. The rooms very out dated and toilet was in a separte room with no sink to the rest of the bathroom.

The location of hotel was amazing. Close to airport, shopping centre 1 min walk, beach was 5 min walk. Bus station was around the corner and train station about a 10 min walk. Bus took us to Central Nice in 20 min and train took us to Monaco in 40 min. Staff were so friendly and attentive. Great outdoor activties for kids.

It looks like literally nothing was changed or upgraded since the hotel was built. And it looks like it was back in 90s.

Rooms are dated, quite noisy in the garden/pool area.

It was a bit sad that we had to wait for the rooms to be prepared, even though it was already after 3 pm and one of the rooms of our family traveling together was not completely cleaned, a dirty towel was left behind and the bed was messed up.

The hotel is in a good location, the transfer service to Nice airport was useful, helpful staff.

Rooms quite dated, barhroom old and stained. Only two towels for our family of four, one of which did not feel clean. For a family the room is really small, there is very little space left when the sofa bed is in use.

The pool and activity area with ping-pong etc for the kids was super. Very good location for a stop-over before a flight. So nice with the free shuttle for a hassle free morning going to the airport with kids and a lot of bags…Lovely staff!
