The location is superb, right opposite a metro station.Maybe not very central, but then again same hotel in more central location would cost more. Spacious and clean rooms, nice lobby with plenty of choice for a light snack, good breakfast!

If you have high standards for cleanliness you might be disappointed. The rooms are in no way unclean, but they leave something to be desired for.

reception. they tried all the time create issues. first - required advance payment for whole stay (4 nights), although I was needed a key from room after 13 hours driving, then required deposit 200 EUR, didn't except cash for it, they was needed my physical credit card with pin (their terminal didn't accept card which I used successfully 10 minutes ago for room payments. Terrible! Nobody could explain these 200 EUR deposit, no any references on their website or booking page , even I shown them my status in booking dot com. Next day the required to pay extra for small dog, although they saw it at the beginning.

The area in which the hotel is situated isn't the best, didn't feel very safe walking around in the evening/night but if and it's quite noisy outside (traffic, people, construction) The room was also very warm with no options to change the temperature controls, meaning the window had to be left open which wasn't ideal with the noise levels outside

There is an underground parking which we found a bit tight to access as we have a family-size car - but this is probably standard for Paris.

The staff wasn’t always friendly. They have a receptionist who is very confusing and gives you wrong informations (she told my friend I had lots of bills to pay, and I had none whatsoever). The neighborhood is not that safe…

It is close to the subway and to many boulangeries and grocerie stores. The bed was very comfy and the shower great (although the water leaked from the shower door).

The sleeping mattress was too soft, so our backs hurt a little, but that's negligible compared to everything else... Cleanliness, contents, towels are changed every day, everything was perfect!

The metro station is right in front of the hotel, an ideal location! The hotel has a great coffee bar :)

There was a deposit to pay that wasn't listed but was well explained by the staff at check-in.

The staff went all out and decorated the room for our arrival - it was my friend's 30th, and there was cake and cream waiting. The bed was firm and comfortable, and the bathroom was stocked with Rituals products. I also worked remotely from the cafe and had a great lunch.
