The stuff of this hotel are amazing and very helpful specially Şirine and Alice they are amazing they helped with lots of service including arranging taxis, and they were very happy to help.

If I went to Paris again I think I’d try a different area. It was ok but probably just not my favourite. We were in a family room and the kids slept on the pull out bed which they said wasn’t very comfortable but those things never usually are, and they still slept fine.

Good choices for breakfast - pastries, waffles, crepes, some hot food, cereals, fruit. They had water machines dotted around the hotel for free refills which we liked! Location wise was ok - close enough to a metro. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful whenever we needed anything.

The breakfast was good, but it was the same each morning. We were there for 3 nights, so it was fine for us, but after a few days it can get boring. The air condition was not working very well. It was on all night but the room did not cool down. This time it was bearable, but in the summer I don’t think it would be comfortable.

We were there with 3 kids (6, 4, 1). At every breakfast there was some kind of entertainment for the kids (magic tricks, baloons…)- which wasn’t too intrusive. That made the breakfast a bit interesting for them. There was also a selfie machine where you could make pictures and print them or send them to your email. We took a few pics each morning after the breakfast! The staff was also super friendly!

Difficult, we didn't eat in so can't comment on food , although the menu seems a little limited and that may have had a very slight impact on why we didn't eat there. Largely though I can't find cause for complaint

I can't honestly rate this higher than an 8 as we simply didn't spend a great deal of time in the hotel, we largely just used the room for sleeping. However in arrival there were teddy's supplied for our 2 daughters with some chocolate and a hand written personalised letter. The room was spotless, although, to be really picky the mattress was a tad too firm but that's really the only complaint. Staff were excellent and incredibly helpful and after it had been cleaned the room was always inspected by who I assume was a housekeeping manager. We only had breakfast on the last day, which was excellent and so much variety and value for money. On the last day the staff made a real fuss of our children and they each got an extra teddy and balloons as we left.

The rooms were very small. Our room was hardly for 2 persons, but was given to us as a family room for 4 persons. The lobby was also small, with few tables. We found the food at the restaurant expensive.

The location of the hotel was convenient. Near the metro station and near several boulangeries and bistros. The rooms were clean. We additionally liked the fact that there was filtered water available to every floor and you could fill up your bottle without needing to buy bottles. Children liked the playground area. The staff was friendly!

The bathroom had no window and no ventilation, so the whole room got very humid after the shower. The ventilation in the room was also poor and very noisy, the room got very hot at night, even if it was cold outside.

Child friendly, with a different activity for children each morning, very good breakfast. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows not so much. We were initially given a room that looked very tired and was very hot, but since the bed was broken we were moved to another room that looked much better and had a little bit of ventilation (although kind of weak and noisy)

At check in the lady at reception wanted to charge our credit card a deposit which was 1289 euro. We were quite unhappy about it and we didn't have this money. The 3 nights were less than that amount and after a short discussion she agreed not to take a deposit.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and responsive. The location is good, but not excellent, the underground and bus were 10 minutes walking, which in a cold rainy day is not the best.

Minor inconvenience of water pooling in the shower (didn’t drain properly) but again the staff cleaned it up each day. Also finding the right Montparnasse station entrance for the metro was a challenge - perhaps front desk could proactively offer maps/directions?

Very nice staff who went above and beyond to welcome us and help us have a smooth and good trip. Room worked well for our family of 4 including two grown teenagers. Sofa bed (two twins, really) was surprisingly comfortable and the cleanup by the staff each day made it perfect for our stay.

Very pleasant for our family of two adults and two children. 10 minutes walk from any Metro station and a very well-connected by bus The rooms were a good size, the reception was very pleasant and airy. We enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast in the morning: an excellent breakfast buffet for the whole family with lovely quality food.

The location is at the south side of Montparnasse station, a little walk from TGV tracks. Totally fine without luggages but may be a burden for overseas travelers with heavy luggages.

The staff was extremely friendly and flexible. The rooms are large enough for a family of 4 with luggages and well furnished. I had a walk to Les Invalides through historical residential areas having a nice outlook on what can be a daily life in Paris.

Our room was clean and neat. The staff prepared the birthday cake we ordered for our son‘s birthday and the room were decorated with balloon, which was a great suprise for my son. He loved it. The breakfast was good. Friendly cosy casual environment the hotel wants to present. There are two metro stations nearby.
