We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

First time staying at OKKO hotels, very friendly and helpful staff, smiling and attentive to your needs. The location is in the city centre of Toulon, few minutes walk to the port and very convenient to those traveling by train, SNCF Gare is right behind the hotel. Rooms are a bit small and basic though, not a perfect place for long stays with lots of stuff. The 24h lounge is a plus. But overall it was a great experience and will definitely come back for a weekend.

BelgiumThere is a bit too much of compact living. Maybe not suitable for families with small children. If you’re a couple or single person it would be better. It would be great for a business trip but not for a family vacation. Only because the rooms are very small and designed to be compact living and a bit uncomfortable if you have children who wants to run around.
It was great to be so close to the city center and the train station. It was nice with the aperitif but it wasn’t much of a selection. Although some cheeses and hummus spread was still nice as something small to have before you order dinner. The downside of it was that you had to sit in the restaurant to have your drink (soft drinks) and we’re not allowed to bring it to your hotel room so it made it a bit less ideal to try to take something to take up to your room and relax. It was great to have a spa section that is included in the stay (although we never used it so not sure how the fasciitis were). They had a good selection of gluten free choices for snacks and a lot of options for breakfast.

SpainThe facilities are not suitable for work. Meeting rooms are open (next to the breakfast area), so it can be noisy and there is no privacy. The second meeting room was in a very strange location (rooftop, hidden, no light), difficult to find. Overall, not the best choice for business meetings.
Very attentive and friendly staff, hotel is clean and conveniently located near to an underground parking.
