We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was ideally located for for our visit to The Puy du Fou. The breakfast was more than adequate, however I felt the dinner menu could have been more varied. Also the communal seating was a limited and a little uncomfortable for short people. The latter is only a minor detail as we didn’t spend much time there. Overall we had a very good experience.

New building, very freshly done up - clean and modern with foosball and arcade machine for the kids too!

the hotel is on an unattractive brownfield site but once you are inside it is very nice: modern quirky decor, very clean, a young friendly staff, very comfortable room with good AC and nice TV.
