I think the only thing we did not like much was the meal. We ate at the restaurant and it seemed like the food was pre-prepared.

We only stayed there one night as a quick stopover and the place was very nice and new and super clean. The staff were very friendly. It is hard to judge the location well as we had a car and did not really explore the area much, but the grounds of the hotel were very nice. It is off the road quite a but so it is nice and private and there is a river out back. It seems like the property owners are new so they may have a few hiccups but they were very accommodating.

The food in the evening was served in a glass pot like it was a microwave product. Was not worth the money.

Great location naar the motorway. Nice and quiet and perfect if you have a dog for walking along the river. The staff were Super friendly.

No kettle in the room. Only 2 coat hangers!! With a bit of effort better food could be offered on an evening as there isn't much nearby.

Hotel was easy to find. Room basic but clean and tidy. Nice bathroom with large shower, and toiletries. No hand towels, only bath towels, which wasn't a problem for us & seemed good from an environmental perspective (less washing!). Safe and fridge in the room. 2 comfy chairs with table. Nespresso machine with 2 coffee pods, additional ones available for €1 each. USB sockets at bedside. We had a quiet room at the back of the hotel. We knew when we booked that the hotel did not provide meals, so it was a nice surprise to be offered a basic menu. Meals (microwaved?) served in a bowl (more like a kilner jar!) all at €14.90. Pasta was mediocre. 0.5l pitcher of house wine €10. Can be served in room, breakfast room or on the terrace. Breakfast was excellent, with good choices of fresh fruit, bread, pastries, cheese, meats etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of free safe parking which was perfect for our 1 night stop off on our way to the Dordogne..

We heard quite a bit of noise from other guests. People talking on the corridors, doors opening/closing, etc.

The doors are on very strong springs, resulting in a lot of doors slamming. But at night never heard slamming, so ok.

There was renovation work going on, it was a bit messy.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, next to the Loire river. The room was clean, the staff friendly, free parking at the door.

The room was warm, AC was not working. We opened the windows, that was perfect (but in the room there was a letter not to open them during the night due mosquitoes, I guess we were lucky). If the would place mosquito screens in the window - that would be perfect!!!

Super friendly stuff!!! Location very close to highway, close to restaurants, but then in the middle of a park. We had a very nice walk in the morning. Breakfast is excellent (especially for French standards). Whole hotel is recently refurbished and looks very cool!!

Having a dog it is hard when it is raining with a cream coloured carpet. We arrived on a Sunday evening and it was difficult to find anywhere to get something to eat locally.

The hotel was in a quiet area off the main road but close to the motorway. The staff were very helpful. The room was close to the front door so we could take the dog out easily. The shower was good

Wonderful facilities, but the showers need some maintenance - loose fittings and showerheads blocked with limescale(?) so almost useless...😭😭😭

Quiet & lovely green setting next to the Loire river. For once I got gluten-free bread when I mentioned that I had a gluten problem !
