Restaurant drafty, not cosy. The shuttle to the airport was super full, it is the last stop after several other hotels. 30 min by shuttle to the airpoirt. They take a safety deposit on the card.

Good overall for a pre-flight stay. Old hotel bu clean. Fast check in and check out. Breakfast and dinner quite good.

Nothing really, but then there is also nothing extraordinary, so a rating of 8/10 seems very fair. The hotel is next to the highway, so forget about opening windows during Summer (too noisy). Ah, the transfer bus left 5 minutes before schedule, so be careful (obviously not the hotel's fault).

The hotel is a solid option for staying near the Orly airport. There is nothing exceptional about it but it is perfect for an overnight stay. The family room was big enough, the beds were quite comfortable and the breakfast was ok. The staff was nice and the hotel was clean. There are no extra facilities except for the gym. There is a free bus transfer from the hotel to the airport.

The location is not the best, 40 minutes to Paris by car and about one hour by transportation.

Cleanness, room service, friendly helpful staff. The parking outside the hotel is free of charge and available.

Got a taxi from CDG about 80 euro. Got public transport into Paris. Staff helped me. Got free shuttle to Orly airport. Free! Right at the front door of hotel. Drops you at terminal.

Food in the restaurant was good, but the waiter needs to be trained. We were just unlucky- terrible service, he was quite rude, no interest in serving us. Do not ask for tea !! On another occasion with a different staff member it would have been a enjoyable experience. The kitchen staff & the man clearing the tables did a good job. The waiter let the hotel down. Some of the reception staff were not that interested in being pleasant either. Novotel - train the staff to smile & pretend they are interested in the customer.

New rooms, beds very comfortable, excellent bedding, usb socket beside the bed. Air conditioning very quite. Great nights sleep 😀 Sofa beds for children best we have seen - very comfortable & spacious. No service for transporting luggages from room to lobby The shuttle of the Hotel which supposed to pick up us from Hotel to Airport didn t arrive and our airline trip was risky to be lost due to this bad service Attention to All not to rely on this shuttle There is no hand washing in toilet 🚽 And you have to shift to the 2nd part toilet which is not healthy and confortable

I book this hotel for 4 days with my family. But I had to be moved to another hotel as they were doing some refurbishment and it was very noise. Also they were working weekend. So I couldn’t stay there. After I was moved with my family everything was perfect.

The property is good and the rooms are nice and big. I loved the swimming pool area.

Shuttle service from/to the airport: that was one of the criteria I chose this hotel. Nevertheless, on our arrival, we waited almost one hour on our way to the hotel, while the morning after, as the shuttle served several hotels, it was so jam-packed we had to take a taxi

Some of the kitchen staff were not friendly, specialfly there was one Ladies waitress who was very rude, she shouted to us during our breakfast time for no reason. We had a bad day after that, She is not polite, and not service minded. She is bad for the hotel’s reputation.

House keeping Personel did excellent job, we are group of 12 and was very much satisfied, room were clean and tidy.
