Staff were not very polite. Lots of banging and drilling when we were trying to sleep. 3rd bed in the room was not a regular bed and very uncomfortable. Lousy bar.

No Air conditioning available in the room . Breakfast: we see one crew seem doesn’ t care about how clean the forche and the knife.

They booked my 2 rooms in two separate hotels which was very inconvenient being that I got in at 1am and the other hotel had no idea. Did the run around for almost an hour.

The breakfast staff actually doing their job instead of ignoring my requests.

Breakfast service was horrible, I asked for cutlery and mugs and the staff did nothing. I asked 5 times!! The service is the worst ever!

The staff mislead us for 1h30 on where to get the shuttle to go to the airport. We eventually had to get urgently a cab as the bus never came . We realised leaving in the taxi that the stop was actually a 100 m away out of sight of the hotel entrance. No wonder there was no shuttle to be seen! Morning wasted + stress

Service very poor Staff not pleasant or motivated. Avoid eatting in the restaurant if your in a hurry very poor service had to ask waiter 4 times to bring out the deserts then they brought out the wrong one. I understand speaking English was a barrier in communication but i specifically pointed to the menu the guy wrote down chocolate cake and brought out fruit. Kids were so board waiting about it was over priced for what you got and food was just passable. I wouldn’t go back or recommend.

I did not like that they won’t let me stay at the lobby and wait for my taxi at 3 am. they told me to go back to my room? the reception was sleeping at the lobby and he didn’t like I woke him up. poor management

The quality of the accommodation was not reflected in the high rate charged. I was not expecting a moulded plastic bathroom with a shower that did not drain.

Hotel is general is a bit old, not been much renovated for a while and not much maintained especially around the swimming pool. Quite expensive for the quality.

Localisation is ok, close to Paris Orly and not far from City centre. Staff were friendly. Tesla supercharger available if needed, which was useful for me.

Restaurant menu poor choice and kids options not on display. Bar not always staffed. Forgot toothpaste so asked reception if they had any 'emergency' toiletries and got one word answer no. Turns out I could have purchased it from the vending machine in the bathroom but that wasn't stocked either. No instructions on snack vending machine. Breakfast tables were not set so sat at a table only for the lady on staff to come up and actually lift our plates of food and move them to an unset table, pointing out we'd sat in the restaurant. Didn't then set our table or even offer cutlery. Cooked breakfast was cold. Room nice but toilet was FAR too small and did not like how it was separate from the bathroom. Pool was closed which is not a problem in itself but please state that on booking, my son was VERY disappointed.

I was woken by loud sounds of large kitchen trolley at 5:30 am. Called reception to complain, they apologised and explained my room was directly above the kitchen, but said it would only be a few more minutes. Managed to fall asleep again but at 6:30 am loud sound of kitchen trolley woke me up again. The shower was not very good either, the temperature kept fluctuating from normal to extremely hot.
