The handover wasn't easy, as I was felt to be a burden for altering the arrival time. The attitude of the manager didn't help, and some of the other comments underscore the aggressiveness. The array of "extra" charges is bewildering. The damage deposit, returned promptly, is excessive.

Location excellent, apartment lovely. The parking spot, in the next door apartment block, was roomy. All very efficient.

A very pleasant experience at the property. Exceeded our expectations. Truly luxury and amazing attention to detail! Stayed for 5 nights and had apartment cleaned half way through the stay. Catherine was very nice and managed all check-in and check-out process, she was extremely helpful. Communication was outstanding all the way through our stay! Would highly recommend the host to friends and families! Location was amazing close to all amenities and transport networks. Great experience will definitely book again.

Absolutely stunning apartment . Spotless and beautifully decorated. There was a problem on the first night when the air conditioning unit was not working properly and I can honestly say that the reaction from Yana and Ninon was outstanding, we were quickly moved to another room, communication was all very professional and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely wee welcome gifts were such a lovely touch.

Please be aware there is a 500euro security deposit on arrival. This is in the terms and conditions of the booking but is VERY easy to miss. And the management are rude and abrupt about it, threatening to call the police and canceling the booking if you don’t have the full amount on arrival.

The apartment was bright and comfortable in the sixth floor with a wide view to the Californie. it had also a washer with laundry detergent which was very convenient. The staff was great . the lady helped me with my luggage

The Russian lady was calling me all the time and her attitude was sooo rude it seemed she don’t like Arab ; and she tried to push me to book another place and sell the booking with higher price as it’s high season and my booking is already booked 3 months ago …. The host was super helpful. The apartment is a pink dream! Very spacious, a lot of space for storing things , even in the bathroom, very comfortable. The dishes were super beautiful! Apartment included everything for convenient stay, even for long period. The apartment is located at beach, nice house. There's a tiny balcony for 1 pers, partly with the view to courtyard. The high deposit was quite surprising but was quickly released.
