The in room wifi was aweful. We are 4 staying in 2 rooms, all of us experienced constant disconnection, like every few minutes. The wifi in the lobby was excellent.

I don’t like not having the freedom to go back and forth to my car and leaving the keys with the hotel. It is standard for many hotels but I’m not keen on valet services.

Staff were nice, we chose to go for a more expensive room with a bath. It was a lovely room.

The staff are friendly but the restaurant service was a little slow and the restaurant is great but priced so high that it wasn't good enough to bring me back to eat there the next night.

Me, my wife and our dog stayed here for 2 nights. We sent a message saying we would only arrive around 3 a.m. due to traveling and at around 1 a.m. we got a call from the Hotel asking if everything was ok, if we needed help/support for anything, and if we wanted something to eat once we arrived. I must say this was by far the best service we have ever had (and we stay mainly in 5-star hotels around the world). Once we arrived check-in was super quick to allow us to go to our room and get some sleep. The bedroom was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. We loved the fact that we actually had 2 different types of pillows on the bed, one soft and one a bit harder. Usually, you get the same type of pillow and if you want something different you have to ask for it. The location is amazing. Just 20 mins by car from Montpellier (that we wanted to visit) and the restaurant (for breakfast, lunch and dinner) faces the beach. It's super quiet and isolation is perfect. During dinner, there's some music but from the bedroom (on the 1st floor) we didn't hear anything. The pool is also facing the beach and super chilled and relaxed. We didn't have the chance to try the breakfast but we had dinner at the restaurant. Must say the food is really good and priced fairly. The restaurant was full of both guests and locals, so that says it all. The beach in front doesn't allow dogs but there's a nearby beach (10 mins by car) which allows. We definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxed stay, near the beach and still near enough from Montpellier. We were absolutely thrilled that we ended up staying here instead of staying in Montpellier Can't thank enough all the staff during our stay, both day and night staff.

I had to do telework for part of the time but the internet signal in my room was interrupted every few minutes - I had to work in the bar where the internet was stable but this was not practical (only one power outlet)

The breakfast and its location in front of the beach were excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room and bathroom were great and the beds extremely comfortable.

I found all the staff very accomodating and friendly most spoke either english or spanish aswell as french so it was quite easy to build a nice repore. I was however disapointed on first night checkin i explanied quite clearly that i was looking for tranquil privacy and the lady gave me the room most exposed in the hotel, not noticing as i arrived at 10.30pm i was brought to tears as i started my morning practice in full view of breakfast dinners and early morning beach goers! I was accomodated with a new room later that day but had already unpacked so it was quite a hassel! Then when i had my flight cancelacion they made no accomodation for me to stay with them again in the hotel wanted to charge primium room rate for a less then 12hr stay i was quite disappointed, especially after a 4 night stay where i had paided extra for there primium room,., left a bad taste in my mouth!

The hotel is litteraly an oasis of luxury as beach get aways go! on a prestine beach with such tranquil waves you could walk in for miles. Hotel hosts a wide varity of water sports and the coordinator was the best instructor i have had the pleasure of learning from. The beach club and pool are both stunning for sunset and sunrise a real treat. Even more enjoyable in such beautiful and tasteful setting. The dinners in the restaurant in the evening a mouthwatering experience and the staff bring such french elequence to the whole experience. Highly recommend dining in exclusively from day menu melon salad to spicy lobster pasta just deli. For the rooms they are magnificent oh and that view,., do make sure you check your balcony though some are very exposed to the facilities, choose pool side or spa side to be lulled asleep by the waves. But regardless the room is something quite special indeed. The highlight for me was the vallet service run by Meriem Petit +33 629685362 service voiturier, they collecred me from the airport in a luxury car took me to the hotel, even the hotel had givien her wrong time she stay attentive and thw moment i landed 3 hrs after the hotel had told her she had someone waiting for me at the airport! I had a flight cancelacion and Petit herself came and assisted me to find a hotel and organised a car for me at 4am in morning to catch the replacement flight,., beyond greatful for her kindness

It is very expensive but I accept it caters for a particular clientele who want luxury and expense. My friend and I had cycled from the North coast of France to the Mediterranean and this was our 2 days of luxury. My only minor niggles is that the heavy rain caused a pipe to constantly drip on our balcony and one member of staff in the restaurant pointed me to the toilets when I asked if I could fill up my water bottle.

the location. it is right on the beach and we had a wonderful view of the sea. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel is very modern inside and calm and peaceful outside. The staff were very attentive. Alex the bartender is wonderful. He was very engaging and made the most amazing cocktails.
