The hotel employees are nice and provided helpful information about the traffic, restaurants. Their service is great. The breakfast is good. The location is close to a metro station.

The hotel was easy to find from the metro, nice modern decor, friendly staff and small but comfortable room. It is in a quiet area, public transport made it easy to get to the sights we wanted to visit in Paris. Great value for money.

No major issue. A bit too many messages before the visit: one with a pre-chechin questionnaire, another one to confirm if I'm coming (tho the payment was in advance). Electric in room safe batteries were almost discharged, beware not to leave you stuff locked 😂

Nice hotel, comfy bed, clean rooms, decent soundproofing. Kettle, small fridge, hairdryer all good, iron available on request. Polite staff Location is superb, just opposite the metro station

Took two days to sort out our blocked bathtub/shower (were upgraded/room changed) only on the last day. Lots of construction currently outside the hotel, so no sidewalks and some noise.

Newly renovated rooms, great location, short walk to Metro line 1 and free Nespresso coffee after 11am.

The bathroom is a little outdated. The bathtub is quite small. Breakfast could have been more diverse, and the pastries fresher. The area where the breakfast is served is relatively small. There are no other options for dining in the hotel, no other restaurants in the hotel, and I did not find any room dining service.

What I liked the most was the location of the hotel. The Metro station is across the road, which gives you the convenience to commute in Paris in Metro and trains. Moreover, the area offers many dining options and different cuisines: French, Italian, Arabic, Indian, British, etc. artisan boulangerie and wine shop! Staff hotel are very friendly. Some speak English really well, which eased communication. As for the room itself, it was of decent size and clean, the bed comfortable with a brand new mattress and comfortable pillows. It served the purposenofnour stay as we intended to go out and about rather than staying in, and we appreciated a good mattress for bedtime.

Hotel is located not 50 yards from line 1 metro so very accessible for all the main sites. Hotel rooms are comfortable with good bedding and decent breakfasts. What made it stand out was the wonderful staff, all super friendly and helpful.

The heating was too high, the thermometer marked 23 degrees celcius.. We did sweat in the middle of the night, but we were able to open the window, so we kind of fixed it ourselves.

Breakfast was ok, not great but ok. There were plenty of options to choose. The bed in the room was very comfortable and the location of the hotel is just great. Few steps to Metrostation and off you go.

Bathtubs are hard for us; we are seniors and getting in and out of a bathtub is very scary for us. There weren't enough handicapped bars for us to feel safe when getting in and out of the bathtub. Also, the room was very hot, so I had to open the windows in order to cool the room down. The second night the staff provided fans, which certainly helped!

The room was good and the staff was very receptive to our needs.
