Breakfast was terrible. We had to clear our own table from the previous people, and all the hot buffet food was cold. Well overpriced for what you got. Suggest go elsewhere for breakfast

Service in the restaurant could be better. It was slow, part of order forgotten. At the end we found other places to eat in the evening and to avoid this experience. Breakfast could be better, some food was not fresh and was serviced for several days until it was not eatable anymore.

Hotel is comfortable, nicely decorated with clean and spacious rooms, parking is also available. Location is good to explore the city, not far away from main attractions. We had a good time there, it is good value for money.

Parking place is a big minus : 1. 25 euro / day. 2. Very narrow to enter and exit. 3. Smelt like urine. Restaurant menu very limited.

Shower and bath combo with a handheld shower head (personal preference). Desk to work from is far from the plugs.

Large television with Screen Mirroring capabilities. Bar fridge. Lots of cupboard space with hangers. Great and friendly cleaning service.

Air-conditioning not working in the rooms - too hot on a night. My room was over the bar / restaurant and a little noisy Only two pillows on a double bed, neither were wide enough for a single bed.

1. No lock to the toilet which makes it difficult with the family. 2. Rooms are hot comparatively even during winter as the air conditioning is off. We had to keep the window open during the nights. 3. Same breakfast is served everyday and no change in the menu.

Good ambience and the location is easy to find. Room is clean and the beds were comfortable. Drinking water bar is excellent.

Booked family room with kid (3 guests) but housekeepers only provided two sets of towels and cups on some of the days we stayed. Had a towel not very clean with dry blood on it.

The location wasn't so nice - it was far from convenience stores, shops and restaurants.

The breakfast was good. Facilities were great. We especially like the free water refill at the corridor. Hotel was beautifully designed.

hotel offered OpenRoaming and this was fantastic as I had seamless secure roaming between Charles de Gaulle, Porte de Versailles and Porte de Versailles, much better than the captive portal experience and insecure network. Good to have a gym and cardio kit was good but a rack of dumbbells up to 30 kg would be good. Good flex on later checkout

Couldn't reduce temperature; thermostat didn't seem to work.Some of the front desk staff were not helpful to my wife; my interactions were fine.

Fantastic shower and comfortable bed. Use of OpenRoaming for wi-fi was great. Food exceeded expectations and conference facilities were very good.

A bit far from the city centre to walk or to get public transport. As a family with little ones it was better using Uber/taxi

Beautiful hotel, with great facilities and restaurant. It is modern and suitable for family with kids. There is also filtered water offered in all floors, and safe baggage storage if your flight is later on the day
