Very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Some nice little snacks in the fridge free of charge it’s a massive plus in a world where not a lot comes for free! Quiet and safe area!

We could listen to these "thunder" like sounds from time to time, which we later realized were the trains passing by. But the real problem we had was that we chose our hotels considering that they had air conditioners (it was essential for us). This hotel said that they have it (which they indeed do), but they do not tell you when you are booking that they turn the system off when they think its not hot enough for you to use it. Since we went in May, they said that the system was turned off and would only be turned on during summer. The room ends up warm enough to make it impossible for you to sleep with the duvet covers provided ... we also had to open the windows when we were in the room in order to get a better temperature in the room. The fact that you cannot use the AC for a big part of the year should be clearly stated in booking, specifying the months in which you ate not able to turn it on. I could have gotten cheaper rooms in other hotels that said so or that they did not have ACs (which I had crossed off my list because, again, we considered AC as an essential item) if that was informed beforehand.

The location is ok and its really close to the subway station (which has lifts! Such a rare thing in Paris). The room has enough space and the staff was really polite and kind.

The sell a pretty over priced water and in a glass bottle, I would be even ok if they sell the water a higher price, but at least would be nice if they have 2 liter in a plastic bottle

The bed is pretty comfortable, there is a small desk that I used to work a bit in the morning, the location is just in front of the metro, there are coffee shops, restaurants and markets at 2min distance

In the cold weather season the aircon in the whole building is turn off. We visit paris this May and its starting to be hot but sadly they said that the aircon in the building will be open starting June. So we are sleeping window open and its a little noisy because of the cars and trains. luckily we have earplugs and also we are too tired walking around city in the day so we are still sleeping good. 👍

The staff are kind. The breakfast is good. The space of the room is just enough and its clean. ☺️ The location is very good just in front of the hotel is the station of the metro. 👍👍👍

Location is good. A metro/RER/bus station is right outside. Sadly one of the metros was under construction while we were there, but that was probably due to the olympics Breakfast was ok. But on a few days some things were not refilled when we went to eat (around 9:30) Staff was friendly

After 9 a.m., the breakfast is no longer full. It's expensive to take the breakfast option for 2 croissants and a coffee...

The room was good for one night. The hotel is good and served by a metro line. However, the room is expensive for its quality. A room like this outside Paris would cost an average of 80€, so it's fair for the price, but certainly not the best value for money.

We stayed in a room with a door connecting to another room and we could hear pretty much everything from the other room.

The rooms were a bit small, but they were enough for what we needed. The walls are thin, so you can hear all the activity from the corridor.

This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms were nice and clean with comfy beds. Very good continental breakfast with options for every taste. The area is very well connected through public transport, with 2 metro lines, RER, bus and tram stations right in front of the hotel. So even though it is far from the city center, you can easily move around.

The only thing I can thing of is probably the soundproofing.

The location couldn't be more perfect. The metro station and the tram station is all around. Transportation is super easy. The hotel is nice and clean. I feel secured and comfortable during my stay here. The staff is helpful. The room is large enough for our bagages. Definitely will stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

Room was tiny, barely room to stand so while it's good for a one night stay to explore the city it's not somewhere to stay if you want to spend much time in the room.

Staff and lounge area were great. Location is ideal- right beside a bus and metro stop.
