We enjoyed everything, just a note for those who prefer to have a good filling breakfast, there isn’t much, you’ll have a croissant and pain au chocolaté, butter , and you can ask for ham. Some sweets and soft packed stuff and nuts. But there are bakery shops a walking distance away, and you can easily buy something in the morning if you are still hungry.

Beautiful boutique hotel, location is good, quite area, if you want to order a take out , also easy. Cédric the owner was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay! It’s a hotel for adults and kids older than 6-7 years, as some items in the room are fragile. And you’ll always have to keep an eye on your little one not to break it. Our daughter who is 8 years old had her separate room that she loved and was very comfortable sleeping there. Our main bedroom was spacious enough and comfortable as well. They provided us a cot for our 1,5 old son which helped a lot during nights. Also selection of espresso coffees was amazing!

Breakfast is ONLY in the room, there is no other space outside. THat would not be a problem if the room were big enough, unfortunately our room was so small that you could not have two real chairs and a table. I would not consider the brakfast home made, there are fresh croissant from the bakery, few marmelades and that's it.

Host is very careful about details, the appliances are the latest standard and new. The area, althought outside Paris, is very easy to be reach, however as expensive as Paris (so, if you want to dine out, much better to go downtown). Very easy check in and out! Very quite place even though our window was on the yard so anybody entering the structure could look inside.

We were not told there would be pastries delivered outside our room for breakfast - it was a pleasant surprise but we had just prepped ourselves to head out!

the property is very new and clean, very well maintained as well. the staff is very friendly and helpful. my family and I had a very comfortable stay. the nearest metro is 10mins walk away, it have a direct line to the city area, e.g. champs-elysees. it felt like home staying here. recommended!

It’s a small 12-15 min walk away from the metro. But once you get there, you’re on the yellow line that cuts across the heart of Paris, which is perfect.

Beautiful and modern property. We were 3 adults and 1 child in the family suite, which was more than spacious - even came with a dining area, games in the cupboard, croissants and pain au chocolat in the mornings, a juice blend and more. Cedric was also very responsive on text and fixed a tiny shower issue promptly.

We were initially worried that we were too far away from the centre until we discovered the excellent metro system which meant we could visit all the sites of Paris and return to the hotel for an incredibly relaxing and quiet night. Fresh croissants and coffee in the morning and we were ready to do it all again. Our host Cedric was always available via WhatsApp and responded instantly to any questions and was very helpful. The room was perfect, incredibly clean and cared for. Definitely a really great alternative to the traditional larger hotels- felt more like a home from home than a hotel. Would definitely come to Paris again and would definitely stay here. Thank you Cedric and your team for your hospitality.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The "studio" was rather small but every centimeter was thoughtfully exploited. Nice in-room breakfast. The place is kept very clean. Metro close by, we liked the area which is clean, safe and quiet. The parking in a nearby garage that was recommended by the owner was safe and affordable. Thanks again and hope to be back soon! Literally nothing. Didn't have a TV or fridge but that was a good thing. Incredible end to our Eurotrip.

French chic perfection. Beautiful romantic room in a former mansion, the most thoughtful touches of any place I have ever stayed in (too many to mention here but a juice blender with fruits ready to blitz was one of the surprising ones, fresh fruits, nuts, pretzels, lemon water, M&Ms, 12 different hot drinks etc etc), incredible staff (special mention to Cedric who couldn't do enough for us), just an achingly cool place and I found free parking on the street (in Paris!) to top it off! 11/10 - I will not stay anywhere else in Paris ever again!

All my expectations were met and I cannot think of something to improve. A lot of care and thought went into the design of the hotel and my short stay did not uncover any failings.

Cedric and Christina are great hosts. The are accommodating, friendly, helpful. The location is about two blocks from the center of Puteaux. Christina is a great chef, the hotel is meticulously designed, traditional, and relaxing.
