Very welcoming receptionist and Christmas tree! Quiet hotel and no road noise. Secure. Large enough room, warm and comfortable. Accepting of dogs and there is a park near the sports centre for a walk, easy access to motorway.

Not particularly attractive part of the town. Busy road for front rooms.

Great location for an overnight avoiding the centre of the city. Easy parking. Beware restaurant not always open but good alternatives locally.

More tea and coffee in room .

All went well but no vegetarian choice for an evening meal . Also in our room the tea and coffee had not been restocked and no milk . Just being picky it was fine for one evening .

The restaurant was closed on Friday night, so had to find something else. We drove 350 miles that day so on site dinner would have been good.

There was very little on offer as drinks in our room - we would have liked decaffeinated coffee but there was only a very strong Nescafe on the shelf - and no milk sachets. By the time I realised this, the reception was closed and there was nothing else we could do. Likewise, although the hotel is advertised as having a restaurant, this is NOT the case and we had to go out to find somewhere. Fortunately, there was a good restaurant operating at Le Bocage Vert which was down the road a kilometre or so and which did a very good evening Formule.

It was a handy spot to call in on our way back to the Dieppe ferry. The place was deserted when we arrived with only two other cars in the car park; we saw nobody else except the receptionist. It was therefore very quiet and there was no hint of traffic from the road which is only about 50 metres away from our room. The shower was very good and there was shower gel available.

The small in bathroom was disgusting, when we came. I ventilated it and it was ok until the next morning. I informed staff about that. The room and facilities are not new and look used. Breakfast was quite good, but some of the meals were over when we came.

We booked the room just for a night and for its value for money - we have no complains. The hotel is not so far from the center of the city, if you have car. The room was fine for a night, the bed was quite comfy and soft. The staff even tried to talk with me in Russian (my mother tongue) even though I can speak French and English - they were attentive and nice.

The hotel was great, quiet, and clean. Mostly we were happy about the lovely staff. Everyone was very nice. We were able to bring our 2 dogs and they could even join us for dinner. Great stay for a small price.

Our main issue was the accessibility of the location but that was perhaps because we tried to avoid Rouen itself as we travelled south and our SatNav led us through a very convoluted route. The redeeming feature was the countryside was beautiful and an area we may go back to.

Friendly, helpful staff. The room was comfortable as were the beds. We had Dinner in the hotel where the service was excellent. The menu featured an extensive choice entree, a decent range of main courses and varied selection of desserts presented as a buffet. All excellent value. Breakfast was similarly satisfying in choice and quality. This all added up to a pleasurable and restful stay over on our journey south.
