Good location and wonderful staff. The free afternoon tea was a wonderful bonus. Room a bit small but nice that toilet and bathroom apart. Can really recommend.

Bit pricey for one night

Beautiful room, very comfy bed, great amenities and body care range. The staff were very friendly and the hotel very convenient to get to. The ground floor had this gorgeous display of teas/drinks for guests.

Nothing really, price was slightly higher than I would have liked but comparable with other hotels in a city location

The staff are great, location is good, right near a metro station. breakfast was continental but aple choice. hotel had a small cosy relaxing room downstairs with a honestly bar for a quiet drink after a busy drink. room was smallish but more than ample for a weekend getaway, it was clean on arrival and serviced every day, bathroom was spotless, air conditioned room which was great after the Paris humidity. Overall - A very pleasant boutique style hotel

The hotel staff is very helpful and hospitable. They allowed us to leave our luggage before and after check in and out. Breakfast was authentic and fresh and served with a smile. The hotel is beautiful and spotless in a great location. Close to shopping malls and train stations but away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Perfect location!!! Very kind team. We loved it there.

Breakfast was over priced. Coffee maker was horrible.location was okay but not a lot around and no food available at late hours and busy. That’s more Paris thoigh.

Pretty, some funny stains on walls and broken cracks along the room, but pretty and clean.

Room is bit small than we're expected

I had a great stay at the Rate Philéas Lazare & Spa! The hotel is located in a convenient location, close to public transportation and many popular attractions. The room was a bit small, but it was clean and comfortable, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Do not buy the champagne, it is very small. The location is central with easy access to trains/metro, ideal for exploring Paris, but there is not much to eat or see in the immediate area.

Our room was beautiful with a big comfy bed. All the facilities were exceptional and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

The only slight negative was that the breakfast was cold continental and they only served eggs / Omelet as a hot breakfast option but the buffet style breakfast was superb anyway so we didn't mind too much.

We were instantly upgraded to a Superior double, which was slightly bigger than the original room I'd paid for which was a nice surprise. Metro station 2 minute walk from the hotel which took you where you needed to go. Plenty of cafe's, restaurants near by too. Taxi rank right outside the hotel. Room was clean and very well decorated. Shower was brilliant, no hassle getting it working. Staff very friendly and informative. Nice and quiet too, considering we were in Paris!

The service attitude was extremely friendly and helpful with various issues. There was a small incident where the plan changed, so I added an extra day to the room reservation. The hotel made an effort to arrange for us to use the same room, and I am very grateful for their assistance, which made our journey in Paris more convenient and comfortable!

The scent of the fresh air was bit strong and disturbing to smell. Onky one lift from two was working and it was bit slow.

The bathroom had some colour lights so it looked like a motel. We had a lot a lot of sounds from the entire building, we could hear steps, the water passing by and some street sounds. The toilet space was reduced.

The hotel lobby was so cool, good decor and it also has a place to sit and have breakfast with music alive. Also has a place to do some home office in a very cool and private room. It has fitness centre. The staff was great. And it has free hot and alcoholic drinks for its guests. The rooms were very spacious.

The room was great. The location is just OK, but it is very close to the Metro so relatively easy to get around. We were there during a heatwave, so even the Metro was hot... which made this a bit less convenient than originally anticipated.

the staff were exceptional. this is a little jewel in central paris which has been polished to a high sheen. Although not large it is a lovely, comfortable hotel.

Not much. The only thing we didn’t like, was that only one elevator was in operation. The other one was broken. The elevator itself was extremely slow. Not much of a big deal, but the only thing we found a bit annoying.

Convenient location if you like shopping, we were able to reach everywhere by foot. The staff were friendly and helpful and gave us great advice on what to see and where to eat. The breakfast in the hotel was amazing too!
