A lovely hotel, very comfortable, Contemporary room. Perfect shower room. Very comfortable bed. Lovely buffet breakfast in quiet courtyard.

The keys never worked, so we had to return to reception every time to activate it. There was a bathtub, which is amazing; however, there was no shower on the wall or ceiling, only a hand shower, so it felt like a shower two centuries ago. And we weren't in the old part of the hotel. Also, because we were in the very room of the hall, the wifi didn't work at all. Fortunately, we didn't need it. Finally, the breakfast was not bad but also nothing special for the price.

Very well located in a quiet street. Walking distance to all main city attractions and good restaurant options. I haven't tried but the restaurant at the hotel was always busy, it is very convenient. The room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Wi fi was spotty!

The new area was great- my fellow travelers were in the older area with no elevator and hazardous spiral stone steps to the 2nd floor!

Desk staff were very good. Professional but friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and well appointed. Great ambience throughout the whole complex. Close to main attractions and centre of town.

Room was much smaller than anticipated. Breakfast was a little chaotic with no hot drinks service to table.

Location was great, good to have booked parking. Room was very new and clean. Staff were friendly in reception and gave helpful recommendations for places to eat etc.

Room was rather an odd shape - long and narrow, as it was half of a family room - it could be linked to the next room through a door. But all the facilities were comfortable, so not a problem.

Modern, comfortable rooms, with good bathroom. Good breakfast Pet friendly - dog was welcomed. Parking in underground car park opposite the hotel

Nice large room and the location was perfect. The front desk had a great recommendation for the restaurant since most things were closed on Sunday.

The bedroom was slightly too small, and the sloping ceiling meant it was dangerous to stand up from the toilet!

The location and the excellent breakfast. There were plenty of little restaurants and bars nearby. Finally, they were happy for the dog to be in the bedroom and the breakfast area.

We booked breakfast but when we went down at around 9:30am on a Sunday morning there was only a limited selection of food available for the money. So we decided to cancel the breakfast reservation which was a shame as the surroundings were so nice in the restaurant and the garden. However, there are plenty of lovely French Cafes close by and we had a lovely breakfast just a few minutes away. Furthermore, older and less mobile guests should check that they aren’t going to be located in a second floor room which can only be accessed via a long and twisting stone staircase.

A lovely well located hotel with a charming garden and courtyard area with a very nice air conditioned room.

Limited parking. If you have a big car its tricky to park in the car park opposite the hotel. So reserve your place well in advance if you want to park at the hotel.

you have to be careful when you park. Entrance os tight and did see someone knick their car. Thankfully not me. There ios a larger car park on the other side of the road which might be easier to access

Breakfast was very poor. Bread /brioche etc was dry/old. Everything looked like it had been there a while . No fresh coffee or teas. Average juices etc. Everything else had been good and breakfast was a real disappointment. Service poor. Had requested hotel parking but actually only really spaces for 4/5 cars. However car park opposite was good.

Well-placed hotel with refurbished rooms and decoration. Excellent breakfast. Easy to walk into the charming old town centre of Dijon. Parking nearby.

Parking at the property is quite limited. They offered for us to park opposite in an underground car park however unfortunately our car is rather large and was above the 1.9m height restriction. Therefore we had to 15 minutes walk away. Not the hotel’s fault at all but perhaps a consideration for others to think about. We thought breakfast was a little underwhelming but that’s just our opinion - others have reported it to be “too much” so I’m not sure how the hotel can win on this front!

Staff were amazingly friendly, welcoming and helpful. We brought our dog with us and they couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly towards him. He was a little local super star. The reception girls all came out to greet him. We then asked the reception to help us find a place to eat as we had decided not to eat in the hotel but to venture in to town. They were very helpful even phoning through and making a reservation for us.
