Thierry was there to meet us and explain everything and recommended a lovely restaurant. The parking was in a secure garage and everything worked well. We obtained the classic breakfast from a beautiful patisserie just down the road.

Very friendly host, apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Lyon, directly in the vicinity of Tète d'Or. A big plus is the private parking garage directly across the street. The view from the 12th floor is unbeatable

The apartment is centrally located walking distance to the Lyon Opera House and Train station. It also has a nice balcony with views overlooking the city.

Hard to find fault!

Great views, good location and really useful to have a garage. Supermarket just across the road. The apartment had everything we needed and more - the air con in the bedroom was a life saver during the heatwave. Moreover, Thierry was really helpful and a great host. We’d happily return.

We can’t think of anything!

We had a phenomenal stay at Thierry’s place in Lyon! We felt so welcomed by his kind and personalized arrival to Plein SUD. It has all the amenities you need including comfortable living spaces, usable kitchen, washing machine, and the most unbelievable view of the city. It is in a residential area so it’s quieter at night, but still easily accessible to all the tourist spots in the city. We would recommend this spot for anyone visiting Lyon!

The view from the terrace is fabulous. It’s a great place to sit outside. Thierry gave us excellent instructions on getting into the apartment. The secure garage, just across the road, was an important point for us. The kitchen had everything we needed.

This is a small apartment, perfect for a couple. It is very comfortable: perfect heating, comfortable and practical furniture, modern kitchen and bathroom with perfect shower,… And in addition you can park and lock your car for free in a box located in a parking building just across the street. The apartment is full of light even in cloudy days, and has fantastic views on the city of Lyon. The host is very kind and helpful. At our arrival we found everything one may need to prepare breakfast for the four days we spent there. I really recommend this place.

It gets very light in the bedroom in summer

It is a really great apartment. Everything we needed, and a wonderful view from the balcony. Thierry was really friendly, helpful and flexible with arrival times. Covered parking included for the car as breakfast, fruit juice and coffee. Beautiful park is just down the road.

Best location close to park and old city center. Secure parking, friendly and warm heated host. It was prepared very carefully and makes me comfortable. View from balcony is awesome. I really enjoyed and hope to visit again.

The parking place awesome, but tight for bigger cars... ours fit with only millimeters to spare... :) Otherwise, about as perfect as it gets.

The apartment had virtually every conceivable convenience - a great coffee machine, fruit juicer, microwave, Netflix. We would not have used it, but some would have wanted a cooking facility beyond a microwave oven.

The location, the terrace with a fantastic view, the available parking across the road. Very comfortable apartment, as well as a warm reception from the host. One can walk to most of the main sites in Lyon, and the metro station is not far. Also convenient to local bakery shops

Lovely view, very friendly host, very confortable, has everything you might need, from coffee, tea, hot chocolate, orange juice, milk, cookies etc to chargers, maps, candles, umbrella etc Would definitely come back, thanks Thierry!
