sound isolation between rooms was not that good, however, the sound isolation of a window was fine.

The location itself is fine, there are markets and restaurants very close and the place itself is adorable. The staff was friendly.

The bathroom have a funny smell. we have to put some lemon peel to get rid of the smell.

The propery is very closed to Geneva and easy to find if you coming by car. We love the calm environment and you dont have to worry about loud noice at night. The hotel have restaurant which is nice if you dont want to go out for the rest of the day.

We had been here 2015 but as far as I can remember it was much beter but now is not bad at all for stop over. But it needs some upgrade. Very clean the bed is comfortable.

Just disappointed that the restaurant was shut on a Friday night. The staff gave us recommendations for alternatives that were within walking distance. However, after a long day's drive it would be nice to have somewhere to eat on site.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The site was handy for the autoroute which was important because were were returning from northern Italy to western France. The room opened on to a garden which gave a pleasant area to relax in. Breakfast in the morning was an excellent continental buffet.

The room was older, with markings on the walls, doors. A/C unit was hard to figure out and would turn off/on randomly at night. Shower made a lot of water puddles on the floor which we had to clean up every time. The sink in the bathroom was small and had big issues with draining.

Location is perfect for vising Geneva, exploring the lake and the nearby mountains. Plus, we got the room at a very affordable rate, very happy with that. Was good to have tea & coffee in the room. Breakfast was good for the price! The staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking was also a plus.

The photo made our triple room look bigger than it actually was, it was fine for our overnight stay but not practical for three adults for much longer than that. Although reception staff were very good the restaurant staff were probably the worst we had on our two weeks in Europe, pleasant enough when she eventually got to the table but very slow, seemed more interested in her mobile phone than attending to paying customers. We needed to ask the reception to order a second drink as the waitress was already getting ready to go home, we were not given an option of food at all.

The reception staff were very helpful on check-in, there is a restaurant and bar but we were caught in traffic and arrived much later than planned. Beds were large and comfortable, the shower room a good size and well laid out with towels and soaps. The room was quiet and we all slept well. Parking was plentiful and wi-fi adequate for our needs. 20-25 minutes from Geneva airport which is why we picked this hotel but beware of Friday evening traffic, it was a nightmare.

Our room had some problems, lights not working, tv not on the wall for some reason, bed ok but pillows not ok. I wouldn’t eat there again unless they got their act together.

The wardrobe in our room was so close to the bed and in the corner in such a way that we weren't able to open the door or get into it. If the hinges of the door were moved to the other side so the door opened in the opposite direction it would be possible to get into it, but as it was, it wasn't useable. Also, there weren't any hand rails in the shower and sometimes the floor was a bit slippery. As an older person, I need a little handrail for support and to help me get in and out of the shower. The room and bathroom need a good deep clean and maybe a fresh coat of paint. The mattress looked brand new and was in excellent condition, but was too firm for my liking. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Geneva as it does offer very good value in what is a very expensive region of France on the Swiss border.

All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful and they often went out of their way to assist us. The hotel is in an excellent location for visiting Geneva but for a fraction of the cost of staying in Geneva. The carpark is free and big with plenty of spaces for all. The air conditioning in the room was very effective and there was a door to the outside from our room which we could open in the evening for fresh air and listen to the birds. The restaurant is reasonably priced but there wasn't much for vegetarians. The hotel is literally next door (2-3 minutes walk) to an Inter Marche supermarket with a petrol station and some fast food restaurants. The general layout of the hotel is welcoming and relaxing.

The hotel restaurant is closed for dinner on the weekends and is open on weekedays only between 7-8:30.

The hotel has a really good location, only 10 minutes by foot from Geneva city. Parking is really easy as there are parking lots for the guests. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.

Bus load of teenagers arrived at 8ish , peace was shattered , breakfast was busy .

A great hotel in the suburbs of Annemasse , a 15 mins drive over the border to Geneva . The rooms were spotlessly clean , and breakfast had a good selection of the usual stuff . The car park was large and fenced in , but not totally secure . Some nice restaurants nearby .

I would put a higher rating if not the room cleaning. This is the most terrible room cleaning I've seen so far. Container for the shower gel was empty when we arrived and never refilled by cleaning, they left a trash bag from some other room's bathroom in the middle of our room, didn't wiped the dust from anywhere, and the weirdest thing was that they took 4 out of 5 our towels and... that's it. They didn't left us with clean towels, they were just taken away. I don't know how the cleaner could forget to put towels, that's kind of the essential part of what you're doing.... I had to go to reception and ask for towels.

Very good location in terms of reaching both Geneva and some nice French places like Annecy. Price is reasonable compared to the hotels in Geneva. Very cozy interior especially in the restaurant and at the reception desk. Very nice pizza!
