How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Our room had a problem with a lock and we had to move to another room, but other than that everything was good.
Nice hotel of Ibis chain - standard accommodations that you will see in any other Ibis chain hotel. Buffalo grill is next door and you can claim 10% discount if you stay at Ibis - very good deal for dinner. Also, mountain trails starts in around 20 mins driving from the hotel - very convenient to explore the nature.

To have a functional bath tab
Excellent hotel all around . Super clean , spacious and comfortable. We loved the big bed. Lovely breakfast and excellent location. We will book again when we come up next competition.

Carpet in room was stained, quite expensive for a very small room, industrial estate environment (but there are lots of places to eat nearby).
Great breakfast, reduced single use plastic, quiet, comfortable bed, good shower pressure, easy parking, dog friendly and friendly staff.

It is a kind of feeling as the corridor is painted black, which looks so depressive. Also, the room is a bit tight and does not look that clean.
The staff there is very friendly, which is the most impressive part of this hotel for me.

I came late due to traffic jam on a highway. The guy from night shift has opened the parking to park my car but did not open it after. Twenty minutes I tried to get out and when I decided to call police he suddenly opened. Nerer seen such things in the Accor hotels. This is unacceptable
The hotel is good for transit stay. it is quiet and comfortable, the good rest after long trip.

Perfect hotel for a visit to Crolles. We can recommend this to tourists as well as to business travelers. Our room was clean and small, but spacious enough. Good breakfast. For dinner the Buffalo Grill is OK, but noisy. Plenty of parking spots behind the building.

Would like coffee making facilities in bedroom.
Free parking. Standard ibis breakfast. No complaints. Above a buffallo grill so easy evening meal if arriving late or not wanting to walk far.

Perfect stop over on our route. Easy accessible, clean, good bed, friendly staff, and freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast. Good value for money.

The bed and the pillows/comforter were all a bit soft for our taste, meaning we didn't have a great night's sleep.
Breakfast was good and the room was adequate if a trifle on the small side. The location was good for access to the motorways and the restaurant on site was perfect for a meal after a day's driving.

Nothing really. It's an Ibis, you know what you're getting.
Simple Ibis hotel located near the motorway. We used it as a stopover during a holiday. Room was simple and small but shower was decent and the bed was comfortable. It's on a sort of industrial park so there wasn't any noise at night. The hotel is pet-friendly (extra charge though). There was plenty of free parking available when we arrived. Breakfast was the typical Ibis affair. Also, we actually had some nice views of the nearby mountains from our room. There is a Buffalo Grill next door for those who enjoy the finest French cuisine.

The Ibis hotels are practical no frills overnight facilities. Some are a bit run down- but you know what you pay for. In general, and in my personal experience, this is compensated by the professional and nice staff. This Ibis is probably the exception that confirms the rule. Never again.

I would like if I was able to sleep longer, but work calls...
Maybe i was so tierd, bud this beds and pillows are just funtastic! Rooms size are also good, bathrooms are nice and whole room was just perfetly clean. Breakfast really good with fresh orange juice. Stuff extremly polite, reception desk wotk 24h, and they have private open parking with ramp. Close to high way some 1-2 minutes.
