I have travelled all around Europe, and this is by far the worst place I have ever stayed in. There are bunkers in Baghdad more comfortable than this place. When we arrived we saw a poster at reception to beware of bed bugs in the rooms. The fact that they even had this notice is alarming. The room was tiny, the bathroom was like one you would see on a train. When we entered my friend asked to get the light, the light was already on - that’s how dimly lit the place was. Nobody was comfortable enough to sleep on the bed so we all lay on towels with scarves wrapped around our heads for fear of bed bugs. My friend didn't want to leave it in case I came back to find bites taken out of it. The worst night of sleep we’ve all had, we kept waking up several times in the night because the walls were paper thin im pretty certain we woke up from someone sneezing in the middle of the night. To top it all off, another guest managed to enter our room with their key the following morning while we were all asleep (9am) Do not stay here if you don’t want to feel gross and sticky in this room or when you leave. We had to take 3 showers after we left just to feel clean again. IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

It was ridiculously overpriced for what it was. It's essentially a motel. I didn't feel safe there as a girl on my own, at all. I had to move rooms when I first arrived because the room was uncleaned and there was crusted excrement in the toilet. When I spoke to the lady at the reception about it, she was very rude and unapologetic. The staff, in general, were unfriendly and could not speak English. When you are staying in a hotel, speaking English seems a normal expectation. The following morning, the breakfast (for €5) consisted of only bread, butter, and some pots of yogurt or surgery fruit compote; no cheese, hams, fruit or veg. I wish I had chosen to eat breakfast elsewhere. A waste of money.

The location is relatively ok - it's not too far off the motorway, so I avoided too much of the traffic going into the centre of Biarritz. There was fairly good parking available on-site, which I needed. It took me about 30 minutes to walk into the town, which isn't too bad. I imagine an uber would be fine too. It was ok as accomadation for a one-night stop-over on a long journey, but I would not recommend it, and would certainly look for something else in future.

when we arrived, we found the blankets full of bread crumbs. there were only two towels, no carpet for the super small bathroom. there was no body or hand soap, and in addition to the television socket there was only one more. we paid 120 € for two per night, without breakfast and any kind of service. shameful

We arrived in 40 degree heat, the aircon was very weak when we arrived, we booked it as we wanted aircon due to travelling for 10 days with non in our vehicle in 40 degrees! As the night went on, the aircon pumped out more hot air than cold. There were cockroaches on the floor, the vending machine did not work. The restaurant next to the hotel had a very poor fixed buffet menu, not suitable for kids! We all had a total of 2 hours sleep and my friend was more comfortable and slept better in the car. AVOID!!!! waste of money!!!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE! The only good thing was the wifi which we used. Nothing else about this place is worth writing about. It is noisy by the road.

Rooms were like prison cells, Aircon didn't work, lighting was poor, Shower was smaller than a caravan shower and there was a constant smell of urine The lady on duty didn't speak English and couldnt / wouldn't understand what I was trying to say, No towels in the room had to ask and there was nobody in reception which during the day is poor Breakfast was a yoghurt, and a bread roll all for 6 Euros Why has booking.com even got this place on their books, It was truly awful, Worst night in a hotel ever

This is an extremely tired facility in desperate need for a refurbishment. It was poor value for money because we paid the same price as another Ibis hotel on our trip that looked brand new.

The fact it was next to a Campanile so we were able to go to its restaurant with extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel was shabby - 2 towels provided for 3 persons. Beds including raised bed still prepared for winter visitors. Lights on walkway all damaged and without covers. Extractor fan tubing exposed without grill in shower. Exterior door lock keep lacking securing screws - breakfast not worth the money unless you like undercooked soft French bread

Filthy dirty. Noisy. Tiny room. Plastic bathroom compartment fro what looked like a caravan. Aircon useless. A total disgrace to charge more than €15 per night.

Very small room no bedside tables no plugs to plug in i pad or phones,bathroom was not possible to use shower as to small,& wash hand basin was damaged no plug had to ask for one which the reception gave us.Breakfast was very poor coffee in machine not drinkable very poor choice of food.Our room on ground floor was next to where planes take off which was very noisy,we will not return

small room, decor tired and some parts rusty, did not look loved, also window looked onto stairwell corridor leading to other rooms, poor tv reception picture kept breaking up

helpful receptionist when I arrived 2 hrs early before open she helped me book in automatically and the evening receptionist was helpful with vending machine and dining advice

The strong smell of cigarette smoke the moment you opened the door. The mould that was around the front door and window. The window was filthy.

The hotel needs refurbishment. There are many damaged surfaces and repairs are ' heath robinson!' For example our sink had had the taps replaced with bath taps so water only just stayed in sink when taps are running. The sound proofing is dreadful ( or non existent) and traffic on the main road continues all night. The room was as clean as could be expected but there were places with damaged tiles and frames that were impossible for the staff.

Staff were helpful and were trying in a building that needs complete refurbishment to keep it clean. It was very cheap and we did need an additional overnight stay due to unexpected Covid restrictions at border crossings.
