We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I left in the morning tired, I couldn't sleep for the following reasons: 1- The air conditioner was not cold, the temperature outside was 35, the window opened and mosquitoes entered, the window was closed and it was hot in addition to the smell of toilets in the room, so it was a bad night and a very bad travel later because I did not sleep at night

United KingdomBedroom cold, no heating on when we arrived & room did not warm up. No extra pillow when requested, so what to do? Take the quilt off the upper bunk & make a long pillow. Problem solved! Instead of laundering a pillow case they had to wash a duvet cover. Internet not working. No hairdryer available on request from reception. Had to request 3 towel as I had to go to bed with wet hair. Soap dispenser empty , thankfully when I’d undressed for my shower, I managed to find a small amount of left over personal toiletries. Clearly the cleaner of the room didn’t check the supply.
Breakfast was good, location easy to find, close to restaurant & petrol.
