Property and rooms looked tired and entrance was smelly. Double bed is small more a 1.5 person and 1m80 with frame, and a tallish teen cannot sit on the top bunk bed - ceiling too low. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast basic but ok.

Car park was dark with no lighting We had pre booked breakfast and cost was included in our booking confirmation. On checking in on an automated system we ended up paying for breakfast again. Quote was €60.24 we paid €71.70 Room was cold and we couldn’t get heating to work any better Lacked wall sockets

Good location for an overnight stop en route to skiing resort

In one of the rooms we booked the toilet door was jammed and they had no access to toilet or wash facilities, they had to go down the stairs (which are outside) to use the toilet in the lobby area. We were refunded half the money for that room and offered free breakfast without any argument in the morning, but made for a less than comfortable stay. The rooms are clean but all rather shabby. The downside of the easy access location is a lot of road noise.

The room was rather cramped. There was a lot of noise during the night from some guests returning have indulged a bit too much.

The price we paid was very reasonable. The staff were friendly. The hotel was very handy for the autoroute junction which was the main reason for picking the location because we only stayed for a night en route to northern Italy.

Not very clean, not for a long stay, the rooms are very little, it is more a motel . For a one night sleep it was ok.

Good for a night stop, maybe two, but not to spend all your holiday in. Good location for a night sleep, restaurants near by and high-way. The resposanble is very polite, and breackfast was enough to start the day. Safe parking free of charge

My complaints are more to do with the other guests rather than the room itself, however the room was partly lacking. The walls are incredibly thin, and unfortunately I was able to hear the person in the room next to me talking loudly on the phone and watching TV. The hotel is supposed to be quiet at night, but there was constant partying and even though I requested a non-smoking room, both cigarette smoke and the smell of marijuana filled my room from outside, and opening the window where others could possibly climb in wasn't an option.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean when I arrived. The bed was comfortable and it was sufficient for a night's stay. I also appreciated that they were able to quickly provide a refund because I was charged twice (the automatic machine for checking in couldn't recognize my credit card). Although the bus station is nearby, you need to walk next to the highway so it's not ideal if you have heavy luggage.

Stayed here a few times. It doesn't improve! Tired and scruffy. Breakfast.. No bread arrives until it's too late. As usual.. Avoid if possible.

At checkin I requested a room change to the shady side of the building as it was very hot and ourxroom (nr 3) was in the blasting sun. This was not possible. I had booked a room here a several weeks before our arrival, The lady at reception didn't mention the gates to the parking area would close and that there is a code written on the back of the roomcard to get back in after that. Result that we were locked out with the car at 20:15 hrs (although we saw a sign at the entrance later that says the gates would be closed at 21:00hrs). There was no one anymore at reception to help us out, Thanks to a friendly fellow-traveller who happened to be in the parking area we managed to get back in with the car. About the room itself: shower hose was dangling down because the plastic attachment was broken, so we could only shower by holding the shower head in the hand. The lid of the airconditioning box with adjustments was missing, with electric wires openly visible, so we could only operate the A/C with extreme caution so as not to get an electric shock. The bench of the only picnic table outside was broken, so we could only sit on one side of the table. I've stayed in several Premier Clase hotels before, including this summer, that were simple but acceptable given the cheap price, but the one in Chamberi is dreadful.
