Really disappointed due to the external computer for having the code (gate/room) which was not working. We wasted 15mn outside trying to get a solution as the computer was out of order. The final duty call took 10mn for having an agent. I was with friends so at the ends it’s a funny story but definitely if such cases arrive with my family it’s a no go due to the stress it generates at 1AM for having another room. Hope you will enhance your communication process with an email giving the codes or at least ensure the duty can reply accordingly. Regards

We were first allocated a room that smelled like cigarettes, so bad that I couldn't stay there. I don't understand how such a room can be put up for guests. I went to complain and they changed the room, which was nice.

The automatic check-in system, basically, doesn't work. When I arrived, it is the time period that I must use their automatic check-in system at the gate. However, it didn't work and I couldn't check-in. There was another gentleman from Germany ran into the same issue and both of us were locked out. Luckily enough about almost an hour later there were other already checked-in customers used the code to let me in into the gate so I could check-in at the counter. They really need to update their automatic check-in system. See the attached photo for not being able to check-in and the reason was "Amount too low". Later on I found it out that I paid through booking.com already but there was an outstanding 0.58 Euro city tax and no credit card would be charged with that amount so I couldn't check-in at the automatic machine. They really need to fix this issue. The guy who standing behind was another customer who couldn't check-in for the same reason.

The room is kind of in the "compact" size side but adequate. It's clean and the bed is comfortable. It has plenty of parking spaces. My room is at the 3rd floor and it has elevator.

Not to complain but after hours you need to use a code to enter & leave premises. Not complicated but if you’re getting picked up by a taxi, you need to explain that.

I’ve been booking B&B more and more, especially if I’m in a hotel less than 12 hours. This one is especially good because of a great outdoor seating area, nice little snack bar & a super friendly A+ staff!

I did write a request for our two rooms to be placed next to each other. When we arrrived we found our two rooms were positioned on different floors. The receptionist kindly managed to move things around so that we were at least on the same floor, but the rooms were several doors apart.

Clean and comfortable for an overnight stop. Very well placed for Lyon airport which is a few minutes drive away. Easy access to motorway and a place to dine close by.

Easy accessible even if you’ll get lately. Rooms are clean and it’s enough space for you luggage in the room. Coffee machine on the ground floor is very helpful to pick some coffee to go in the morning. Also the parking is nice

On the night I stayed, the hotel was underneath at least one flight path to or from Lyon - this didn't continue all night, though. Bathroom starting to look a bit careworn and usual minor budget hotel cleanliness issues

Decent price, good location for Lyon Airport, plenty of secure parking, the receptionist was as friendly as advertised in previous reviews!
