You have to claw on the bunked bed, cannot even sit straight. The breakfast was very far from the propaganda photo.

The shower was not cleaned, the sink was clogged. can you also provide more towels in the room. Breakfast, there was no much to choose from.

I liked the privacy and that each room has a private bathroom. Free parking was great.

It was very noicy in the night as a group of people were partying all night long. The breakfast was extremely poor...it was a Sunday, we had little alternative so we took it...for extra charge. With breakfast fee and other fees we ended up at a price that was in my opinion much too high for what it was.

Close to highway, they accepted having our dog with us.

The room was pretty warm and cooling capabilities of the airco were very limited. The space in the room and bathroom was limited, but for one person (in a two or three person room) acceptable.

The hotel is rather basic, but for the price paid a three star hotel cannot be expected.

The internet connection was horrible, the room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the walls have black stains like mold. The pillows are smaller than a new born babies pillow. And for a hotel, the staff should be at least multilingual. Would not recommend this for families with kids. My check in was okay with the evening receptionist who helped us and actually spoke English but the rest of the staff definitely needs some hospitality training. AND ACTUALLY CLEAN YOUR ROOM !!!

The staffs, particularly one receptionist and two directors are the most bigoted and despicable people on earth. I tried to extend my stay and visited their website. Unfortunately each time it will ask me to subscribe or choose a discount. So I found myself with booking.com. I managed to book my place but it came with my company name Citizen. In the morning when I tried to check in the receptionist told me she doesn’t have my booking . I tried to show her my receipt instead she chose to patronise me. She told me she didn’t have my number but wouldn’t allow me to give her the number I have. She passed me a person over a phone who thought I was going to attack her colleague when it was the opposite that was happening. They were both defensive and the other who called herself director was so rude that I have to pass her back to the receptionist. The receptionist kicked me out of the reception as according to her she was going for her break. 30 minutes later she came with a male who was threatening me in front of my children. I asked if I can speak he said he was the only one who could talk. I couldn’t believe it, I had a receipt and no one wanted to hear me. I called the police but when they came the reception was closed so they asked me to lodge a complaint. The directors went on my account without my permission and tried to take €114 out of my account. Fortunately my bank notified me and did not allow the transaction. My children were shaken as they were scared the male director said he would force us out if we didn’t leave. The man was delusional and we really thought he could harm us. So we decided to leave to protect ourselves although we knew legally he can’t touch us. I didn’t also want to expose my children to more traumatic events. My children believe that we were threatened poorly because we were black. I even witnessed the same receptionist addressing a cleaner with disrespect. Please avoid this hotel if you can as you can potentially be harmed.

There is nothing positive about this place. It was the worst experience of my life. Horrible staffs.please stay away from this hotel if you can particularly if your a vulnerable single woman or if you have children.the director threatened to throw and my children out of the hotel himself.

The pictures looked a lot nicer than it did in real life. There were boogers or something on the walls. It gets pretty cold at night and me having allergies it didn’t help at all. I had to sleep with a sweater and tuques on every night. I tried reaching out to the staff via their message center. No answer at all. I would go back there nor would I recommend anyone else to do so.
