The room was in need of upgrading. It was extremely cold - the rusty heater was barely warm and turned itself off during the evening. The door had a gap where it closed, letting in a draught. I put the spare duvet on top of the very thin one on the bed and, thankfully, I had packed a hot water bottle. If the weather had been warm, there wouldn't have been a problem. It is a budget hotel, so I was expecting it to be fairly basic.

The receptionist was very pleasant and friendly. The hotel was conveniently situated.

The room was in urgent need of a refurbishment. There was a lot of damp mold all around the door, there was a bad damp smell, the walls were tired and stained and the silicone in the bathroom was black with mold. We have stayed in lots of Premiere Classe so we are realistic, but that room was rough. A male member of cleaning staff opened our door at 7.45am. He apologised but it woke us up and gave us a fright. They should know whether or not a room is occupied. We've never had that happen before.

Convenient location, large car park, friendly staff, comfy beds - we slept really well, great breakfast. We would stay again but there are some improvements to be made.

Check-in machine was inopperable, causing long wait to access room. Far from centre of Rouen with not the best local public transport. Need to "know your way around" to get there !

Toilet / Shower facility, whilst clean and functional, was dated only separated from the room by a retractable concertina screen which didn't function correctly. The pillows were past their use by date with little padding and very lumpy.

We inadvertently booked this hotel instead of the adjacent Originals City Hotel only realising our mistake on arrival. The staff were helpful and organised a ground floor room to assist with having our dogs with us. Parking was good and secured with a code in the evening.

Should not be called "hotel", rather a "capsule hostel" would reflect this place better. The only plus is a parking lot with enough space for all of the guests. Rooms as super small. The "bathroom" is a plastic module like in an caravan car. All very old and used. Did not even thought of having a shower there... Very noisy, you can hear next room guests and water / wc installation produces noises all the time - I simply did not sleep almost at all. So if you look for a place near the motorway to stay overnight and drive further the next day I definitely do not recommend as you will be super tired after the night spent in this place. And last, but not least - at the "breakfast" you’re only entitled to have one croissant, no, this is not a joke...

The only shining face of this place is the reception lady, always with smile despite inconveniences.

It was convenient for an overnight stop, it was clean and comfortable. The receptionists were very pleasant and helpful. Very small room and basic but not complaining, you get what you pay for.

I am disabled, i have autism so i booked the wrong room thinking that i had booked a room with handicap ♿ facilities . I explained the situation to the attendant (receptionist) and she(Ludiwine) kindly provided for a better solution. She came along with me to the other side and I could have an appropriate room. When I stumbled on the way she quickly reacted and helped with my walker. And the receptionist(a man) there was also polite and helpful, he even helped me with the carrier of my meal, he helped with my suitcase as well! I can not thank them enough! May God bless you all.
