Staff do not speak English. No finger food/snacks available in the bar/lounge, except for the single option of cheese platter. Poor standard music in the bar/lounge. Kids not allowed in the spa

A great resort of contemporary design, located on a mountain side with great view. Very comfortable, spacious rooms.

The only problem we got was that the water was not fully worm and it was impossible to have it wormier when taking a shower. That's the reason why it's not a perfect 10.

The only think that cross my mind is perfection, absolute perfection. From the staff, facilities, beauty, comfort everything was spot on.

Not sure why the architect created a huge toilet room with no basin and didn’t utilise the floor space to create two bathrooms. Toilet door lock didn’t work but I didn’t complain so not blaming the staff. No snow!! But not the hotels fault :)

Reception team were superb. And lounge bar staff excellent. Spa team a little less enthusiastic. Restaurant food probably the best quality & value I’ve had for years. Kitchen very well equipped.

Service is okay, staff are polite and friendly although in my opinion not quite like a 4star hotel should be, when we sat at tables we often had to wait quite a bit and eventually grab the menu ourselves and ask for their attention, or ask to clean our table. They don't tide up the room or put new toilet paper unless you ask for it. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, very modest in variety and quality, if considering also the extra price.

The hotel has amazing facilities, luxurious yet comfy, and is set in an incredible location with astonshing views. The rooms are spacious, each with a balcony. Restaurant and bar have great food, sometimes pricey but always worth it.

The breakfast is really not good and not worth the money. Gluten free option just includes some bread which I don’t think is enough to state that gluten free breakfast is available.

The architecture of the hotel is beautiful, the kitchenette is well staffed, the staff is friendly and the views are magnificent.

Continental breakfast not worth the money , No ham no cheese no croissants Excuse was its Sunday,I am a chef and it's very easy to bake them in the morning or warm up Ham and cheese option was not offered on check in Juice not fresh Limited amount of fruits No choices of milk one of our friends was lactose free We were told we have to lower music and voices cause there was complain at 7:30pm!!!! We were not laud we were just on terasse . Its summer and this was our night away . Spending over 700 Euro on one night room plus drinks , spa and breakfast plus 300€ in restaurant we didn’t realise we have to shut up and not enjoy the evening Also my card was preauthorised for extra 150€ which should be released when charging on check out but that was not done. It was just charged I worked as hotel manager for years before changing career so I know procedures When mentioning things to reception staff he was acting defensive instead of listening Hotel very young but still need to learn All of us are based in Nice we would love to come back but attitude has to change .

The electrical fixtures and features did not live up to the standards of the rest of the facility. There were not enough electrical outlets. One of the few also switched off when the lights were switched off. And the light switches were both confusing and limiting. They were limiting in the sense that many of them were limited to turning all lights on or off. The water closet had no ventilation of any kind, no fan, no window--only opening it up into the rest of the room. And, finally, the air conditioning either was not working or was too complicated to figure out. Had this accommodation included a better electrical design, it would have been an outstanding facility.

This is a nice, new, clean, comfortable facility with quality fixtures and furnishings, except as noted below.

The free wifi could be faster. There is 4G reception on mobile phones in any case.

We love to come to the mountains to get away from the heat of the city and this is the best hotel in the area. It is as good as resorts in better-known luxury destinations.

The chalet was beautiful. The private spa was fantastic for the my wife, myself and our two children to enjoy together. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

The hospitality TV is quite limiting. The streaming (ApplePlay/Chromecast) didn't work. The breakfast is rather overpriced

The breakfast is very limited. High price does not include salty options. To get ham and cheese - you need to pay extra. Eggs, bacon, vegetables, salad - not proposed. In the end, decided not to take it. For some reason, had troubles to sleep. Pillow was not comfortable. Most probably, personal preferences. We had the problem with the main lights. It was not working properly.

The place is amazing! We loved the room, it exceeded all our expectations! We loved the spa, including hammam, massage and face care. The restaurant is wonderful - the staff, the food, the ambience! The only drawback is that you have to go for the menu, there is no way to order just 1 dish. Even if you do so, you would not be full. Private parking allows to charge your electric car, so it is super convenient!

1) internet is difficult to sign in on and remain on - make it simple, please. 2) in the mountains, in such a luxurious setting, nice slippers for the guests, that can also be used in the spa, would be a great touch, as would be bathrobes at least in the spa. 3) breakfast needs to be a little bit more rich - for 12 Euros, you should also have a salty option, maybe some simply prepared eggs, with cheese and some ham. 4) improve the reservation process at the restaurant - upon arrival together with the reception and the restaurant maitre I reserved dinner for two nights, but the 2nd night somehow my reservation disappeared and the restaurant did nothing to arrange for us anyways, even though they could have...
