Shower hand held shower sprayer fixing broken, coffee machine broken! Staff replaced the coffee machine but no one cared about fixing the shower so I find your maintenance team a complete shower!

Fabulous location, many restaurants and major shopping on the doorstep, lovely friendly helpful staff, good size bed and large shower room. Would return.

There is no way to drop your bags off since the hotel is not accessible by car, so you need to either park remotely and walk with luggage to the hotel or get a taxi (which can come directly to the door).

Terrific location right in the heart of the pedestrian zone. Convenient to everything. Very nice, comfortable room with large bed, bathtub-shower, mini-fridge. Elevator. Friendly and helpful staff who spoke English. A small bar in the lobby. Nice breakfast.

1) Would have preferred a room with a proper window (there was only a small window by the floor, probably due to the street being quite narrow, but I'd 2) The niche for the extra bed worked well, but there should be a lamp and a power socket in that area too to make it a bit more cosy

Cleaning at times was inconsistent, on the last day there was none, one of the cleaning ladies on my floor didn't speak any French or English, was a bit hard to communicate

The heating. The building was hot the whole time. It made sleeping rather difficult

Very poor hot water facility for shower and bathroom vanity. Unacceptable to be advised by staff you have to run hot water for 10 minutes before uou can use it.. After 20 minutes still only mildly warm water. Rest of facilities, breakfast service and staff were excellent.

We had to keave at 7.00 for our flight on saturday morning so missed breakfast. The receptionist did leave tea and a few cakes but tgey were nit great and as we had paid for breakfast was annoying to be told sat brrakfast did not start till 7

Excellent accommodation right in the heart of Bordeaux. Just 20 metres from the endless shopping to be found on Rue Sainte-Catherine. In-house breakfast was extremely good. Endless dining spots within 100 metres to satisfy every culinary taste. A short walk to many of the historical sights of this beautiful city, or catch the tram nearby. Staff at the Quality Hotel are excellent- great customer service and very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend this hotel to traveller's looking for convenience and excellent value for money.
