Quite basic accommodation and a little bit noisy in the evenings. We were in the block furthest from reception and it needs another lift.

Would benefit from extra seating in ski locker room. Had missing crockery and it could have been cleaner (under beds for example).

The steam room / hammam was broken. One toilet isn’t really enough for 4-6 people.

Check in was not until 5pm and there was no room in their left luggage - this meant that there were a lot of people and their bags in the small bar area. As we couldn’t leave our bags somewhere safe it meant we couldn’t explore the resort / sort skis etc. Very noisy party going on until 2am on our last night.

The check in process was hectic, it’s very late - 5pm and the queues were huge. The hotel is also a total maze with terrible signage and there were big queues for the lift on checkin. One of our apartments had slightly dodgy hot water supply as well.

The apartments were clean, pretty spacious and had everything you’d need. The location was good, easy to ski in/out and close to supermarket/bars etc. Good to have a pool and spa although we didn’t use it much

I had to put on the bed lineing ourselfs and to remove it at departure. There were hairs of other people on the matresses. There was little information offered at arrival about the residence, only theough an app that was more of a online site and so user friendly. Check in between strictly 17-18h, lots of people checking in at the same time; check out mandatory at 10h after cleaning inside… Makes me wonder why such a gap between in and out if we do most of it ourselves…. Location was ok for skiers close to a slope, but a bit far from the centre and for kids skiing lessons .. Expensive overall

Our appartament was pretty spacious and well heated. The kitchen was well equipped There are 5 half days of free of charge acces to kids club included in a 1 week reservation.

The pool was not warm enough, probably making savings due to increased energy costs and some very noisy groups of people late in the evening/very early mornings

The apartment had plenty of room, and the heating was adjustable to our needs, up for the wife and down for me!

Hotels should be sold as apartments complex only pool area very disappointing steam room not working and very small sauna (6) for size of complex could never get in it unless you went during the day rather than skiing ? no towel/gowns/treatments so not very spa like and very wet and untidy basicly a free for all. beds had to be made up by ourselves on arrival on good after 12 hrs traveling with kids that were tired. cleaning is on a trust basis in the hope the guests the week before leave it clean and tidy we found socks,toys in our three rooms

Generally I think the service is not in line with the price. The cleanning of the appartment when we arrived was not ok, specially the stairs. The appartment was nice and quite new but the bedrooms need more furniture such as chairs and a table, night table.. and some maintenance of lights, shelving units etc. The animations staff was nice, the new year's eve events were cute, but everyday the activities were in french, It would have been nicer to have some in english. Some of the receptionist staff were not very nice. The fact we had to remove the towels and bed sheets at 10 the last day is really inconvenient and not in line with the price Some cleaning during the stay could have been good.

Although it is positive that the ski lockers do have boot driers, they do not work particularly well. For an 8 person appartment we had a locker that could hold 7 pairs of boots, maybe 6 pairs of skis. So not big enough, and they did not lock. The "Spa" area is nice, but very small for the facility and, understandibly, overrun by kids. During the day it was often not fully operational. So nice but not 4* nice. Indoor parking was excellent, however we were asked to leave at before 12 on our checkout day, even though the following week is officially low season (so very doubtful the hotel was fully booked), there is a massive parking just accross the road and leaving valueables in the car is not a real concern in Monginevro, so inconvinent but not a disaster, just would expect more for the expense.

outdoor pool too cold was 20 degrees on the temp guage but that's not vey warm when its 2 degrees outside everyone that went in got back out within a few minutes. A lot of noise at night no security or reception to monitor or complain to but 3 nights out of 7 we were kept awake with loud music or drunken singing from rooms above and below at 3am . its a very quite resort so no late bars so people seem to bring it back to there rooms. you expect a bit of drinking and noise but this is out of control and can't get hold of anyone to put a stop to it so ended up getting dressed and banking on the door myself a 330 to tell them to keep it down. one night the room above had a big speaker on the balcony and playing music to the world and they were inside! there were a lot of familys there with kids including us and not acceptable. have stayed here 4 years ago and never noticed the noise issue then but this time seemed to be much noisier

Lift in the hotel has low capacity, we used many times stairway instead of long waiting.
