The rooms are large, however, they are quite dated and could do with a revamp.

The hotel is opposite the "surf" beach, which is down a steep incline. Not much beach at high tide and not much surf!

Spacious comfortable room in a modern hotel with a nice view towards the sea. 5 minute walk to bars cafes and restaurants. 10 minute walk to bathing beaches. Helpful staff.

Slightly bad situation with the taxi on the way home. Reception didn’t book the taxi for the time I asked for and so I felt very panicked about my family making our flight on time.

Really lovely staff. Simple but good breakfast. Great pool & bar. I’ve been before (2019) with work and glad I came back with my family.

Size of bed it was a double!!

We stayed in a Family room and paid an additional 30 euros a night. Also paid the additional 20 euro for the car parking. I personally wish one of the beds had been a king size as double is so small with my husband. It’s a great location to the beach and the town both are a short walk down the hill and a slightly longer walk back up!! The pool was excellent on the roof and was heated.

The pictures in the room were awful, of bulls being killed. The pictures of the pool weren't accurate, the pool terrace could use an upgrade.

in the room we were staying (416) there was a large support column adjacent to the bed which made getting in and out of the bed very awkward, especially in the dark. not sure if other rooms have it.

We would have loved to stay another night but unfortunately hotel was fully booked, we checked for a few days to see if there had been any cancellations but no luck unfortunately. One of the gentlemen working on the desk was so lovely and really helpful and told us to keep checking back and really made an effort to check for us, his name was Orlando I believe and he was fantastic. However there were two girls on the desk the day we left who couldn’t have cared less to check for us, they just told us immediately they had no space and brushed off our request for them to check which was disappointing, we just didn’t feel like an effort was made in comparison to some of the other staff. However they were hassled that day, just thought they could have made more of an effort to check for us! But this was the only negative experience of our stay but just wanted to highlight it for management to note for future

We loved this hotel from start to finish. It is so great to have the pool facilities as the tide comes in on the beach so you can’t spend all day down there and could get up to the pool to enjoy the rest of the sunshine. Rooms were great, very clean. Location is literally 10/10, near the beach so just have to climb down to it (really recommend Le Surfing if you get a chance for lunch!) and really near the Les Halles area which is the only place you want to be for food/drinks etc! Didn’t actually eat in the hotel so can’t say how food was.

The restaurant was extremely busy at breakfast time but the food and service was excellent.

The location was fantastic and within walking distance of beach, restaurants, town centre. The hospitality and staff at the hotel were superb. Really beneficial to have onsite parking also.

I loved the specific room. I tried to book the same room two weeks later for my wife’s 50th birthday! And they say they couldn’t book the same room even though they said it was available!! You can’t book a particular room ? Rubbish. I stayed in a different hotel!

Everything was perfect. However, the room doesn't have charging sockets near the bed or anywhere in the room except near the working desk which is disappointing.

The restaurant Transat had delicious food. Breakfast spread was amazing and had variety. Roof top pool is amazing , well maintained. Staff was very attentive and tried to fulfill all our requests. Always a smile on their faces. Very good location, walkable to everything, beach and the center.
