We loved our stay here and so thankful that we found this accommodation, it really made our time in Paris. Lovely hosts, great location, comfortable and clean. I can’t compare to other locations in Paris but this area was very quiet, pretty, close to lovely restaurants and a nearby supermarket. It was a 40 minute walk to the Louvre, Saint Germaine, Latin Quarter, Musee d Orsay or short Uber ride. I would have liked to hire the nearby city bikes (Velib) but the weather turned rainy. Breakfast was delicious and a great start to each day. Coffee and cold drinks were available at any time which came in very handy for our stay as I’m travelling with teenagers. Each morning at breakfast we were asked about our plans for the day and offered travel advice. They were more than happy and willing to help with any questions we had and even made a restaurant reservation for us.

Wonderful. Old, grand, Parisian building. Run as a small B&B by a family. Lots of attention to hospitality, very nice breakfast, everything you need. This level of character and personalisation can definitely not be beat by a big hotel chain.

Breakfast each morning was simply lovely. Freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee and milk/cream made to our taste, a selection of bread and croissants, yoghurt, a cheese and meat sideboard, and eggs cooked to order... not to mention the kind attention of our hosts who were always ready with advice or information. In addition to this charming morning meal, the common space was kept stocked with tea, coffee, biscuits, and homemade cake at all times of the day. This well-appointed space was a pleasure to sit in and rest one's legs from a long day's walk, and perhaps seek advice from a large selection of Paris guidebooks before heading back out again. Enough cannot be said about the lovely shower: a high rainshower head, towel warmer, slippers and robes, and Malin & Goetz products. It was enough to encourage a surfeit of showering! Most of all, I'd like to commend our hosts for finding the perfect balance of providing information and advice...as well as privacy and quiet. We were able to message for advice, or ask our questions, during the day, and always received helpful answers. We were also able to count on our hosts to give us space and leave us to our conversations. In short: neither obsequious nor aloof, our hosts were simply perfect.

The host Leon was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and the rooms were bright fresh and clean. This was a great location and we really enjoyed the stay. We used the metro to get around the city and walked a lot so having such a lovely peaceful place to come back to was brilliant. We would book again in a heartbeat.

I liked absolutely everything, if you want to feel the true Paris atmosphere it’s the perfect place. the interior is fabulous, guys in the appartements are very nice and responsive, the location is great with the view on the quite street which let you sleep good even with open windows. I was lucky to stay there two nights and would definitely like to book it again next time

Noise level from the street side room was difficult. Similar to staying on a lower floor in NYC. Next time we will request extra towels in advance.

The entire family was amazing and fun to talk with! Location was great and very safe. We would consider staying at this location again. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Very easy to access the local transportation, but not right at a metro station.

Our doorknob kept falling off, which wasn’t great for security, but the facility itself, both building and B&B entrances were extremely secure.

The only thing I have to mentioned is the room: the beds were ok, the heater makes loud noises during the night (we were there in winter) and there is no blackout in the rooms (which for us is something important)

Pretty much everything, best breakfast we have ever had in France, different types of breads, cheeses and meat. For a family they have the perfect family room, with 2 bedrooms apart but still conected. Fresh orange juice made everyday <3 The owners were always kind and helpful, it was mine / my mother in law birthday and they have done an amazing delicious cake for us. Room is super specious and bathroom had a dreamy shower. Apartment location is amazing, literally 6min walk from Eiffel tour.

This is a great accommodation, close to the Eiffel Tour and near nice restaurants. The host is so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and fresh. We stayed in a family room ( 2 connecting rooms). It was very spacious and equipped with everything you need, comfy beds, and it has the French charm and vibes. We had an amazing time there.

We couldn't think of anything what we didn't like.

The owner, Phillipe, and his sons, Leo and Oliver, were just awesome. We came in before check-in time and allowed us to leave our luggage as we had a lunch pass for Madame Brasserie. Breakfast was fantastic, not just croissant, tea, and coffee. We were also served freshly made orange juice, scrambled eggs, yogurt, and ham. The room was great as well. They were very helpful with our luggage. The services that we would typically get in other accommodations we had in the past were not even at par with what we had here. It exceeded our expectations. It was indeed a 5 minute walk to and from the Eiffel Tower. The location has a lot of very nice restaurants and even near a grocery store and pharmacy nearby. We are truly blessed to have discovered this place. When we go back to Paris, this place will always be our first option. Once again, thank you so much Phillipe, Leo, and Oliver.

The hotel is great value for money - comfortable beds, clean and comfy, friendly staff, delicious breakfast and great location. Each day there is a some cookies and coffee in the afternoon to relax after the day outside.

Everything was great.

The room and the entire setup was cozy and very warm. The hospitality extended by owner was simply incredible. He went out of the way to make international calls to follow up on your arrival and even when you land in Paris. Personally served us the breakfast and gave great guidance about the city. Overall an amazing place and an amazing host.
